1 What is entouch Wireless? entouch Wireless offers FREE nationwide wireless voice service. This offering, available through Lifeline supported service, is available to individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements. Receive up to 250 FREE minutes each month for local and domestic Long- Distance calling. entouch Wireless also provides a FREE phone to eligible individuals. There are no bills, no long-term contracts and no activation fees. Eligible individuals need to meet the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission Lifeline Program outlined below. Why FREE phone service? To ensure eligible Americans have access to critical phone services the Federal Communication Commission established the Lifeline Assistance service. Lifeline is a government benefit program. Over 7 million households are eligible to receive free phone services for safety, economic viability, and connection to their families & communities. Am I eligible for FREE phone service? If you, or one of your dependents, participate in one of these programs, your household may be eligible for Lifeline supported benefits. When you attend these events, you will get your free phone & free Lifeline supported phone service. You will activate your phone at the event. Or, you can walk through our simple application process Step 1: Check Availability Step 2: Check Eligibility. Make a copy of your personal identification (i.e. driver's license) Make a copy of your eligibility paperwork* Step 3: Complete the Application (see below for details.) 7 Is there any cost to me? No. You will receive a free phone and free phone service. Phone service is supported by Lifeline government discount. Your new minutes will be applied to your account every 30 days as long as you keep the account active. (See HOW LONG AM I ELIGIBLE for more information.) You will receive no bills. There will be no expense to you. Can I get more voice minutes or add texts, international call on this phone? Yes. entouch Wireless offers easy to use, reasonably priced voice & text plans. Buy more minutes when you need them. How do I add money to my account? Add money to your account with a credit/debit card, PayPal, or a Get Ready or Ready Mobile Top-Up card. Online: (coming soon) PHONE: RETAIL: Buy a Get Ready or Ready Mobile Top Up card at thousands of national retail stores. How long am I eligible for entouch Wireless FREE service? When you sign your application, you are confirming your eligibility to receive free, federally funded Lifeline assistance. You are also confirming that you are the head of household and that your household receives only one Lifeline discount. To continue to receive service: Activate phone service upon receipt by calling Regularly use your phone to keep connected to friends, family, health care providers and your community. Make a call or receive a call at least once every 60 days. Purchase additional minutes if you need them. Promptly respond to our texts or phone calls when we reach out to ask you about keeping your service active. Every year, we will contact you to verify that you still qualify for Lifeline benefits (Annual Recertification.) If you do not respond in a timely manner your service will be discontinued. If we learn that you no longer meet the eligibility requirements, your free Lifeline services will be discontinued.
8 If you no longer qualify for Lifeline benefits, you can switch to ReadyMobile easy, affordable prepaid phone services with no hassle. What is Annual Recertification? Each year, Federal and State regulatory authorities require that customers certify their eligibility for Lifeline Assistance programs on your service anniversary date. To continue receiving your Lifeline government supported benefit, you must certify that you still participate in an eligible assistance program (i.e. Medicaid, Food Stamps, etc.). Income eligibility based on total household income being at or below applicable Federal Poverty Guideline thresholds can also qualify you for service. How do I complete the Annual Recertification? Complete online (COMING SOON) Print from this website and mail to: entouch Wireless Lifeline Processing PO Box 37 Hiawatha, IA Call us at to complete with a live operator. Complete, sign and mail the annual reminder form using the postage- paid envelope included with the form. Or fax the Annual Recertification form to When will I receive my phone & minutes each month? 1. entouch Wireless will process your application within 3 business days of receipt. 2. If you qualify, your phone will be mailed to you within 5 business days of receipt. 3. If you do not qualify, we will call or send you a message. 4. Follow the Activation Guide in your phone package. Once you call to Activate, the 250 LIFELINE Phone Plan will be activated on your phone. (You may also choose to change to the 125 LIFELINE plan at that time.) 5. Every 30 days after your activation date, your balance will automatically reload on your phone as long as you have an ACTIVE ACCOUNT. 6. If you have not used your phone in 60 days your Lifeline service will be deactivated. REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVE. 7. You will continue to receive minutes until you no longer qualify or if you fail to follow the Annual Recertification process. 8. You can add voice minutes, texts, and international calling at any time.
