Given the current market condition and the overall condition of the property, it is my opinion that it would not be in the best interest of XXXXXXXXXX to proceed with a foreclosure on this property. Hardship Letter signed and dated Financial Worksheet fully completed Listing Agreement Fully executed Contract with signatures from all parties Hud (we provide) Tax Returns, all pages and schedules please make sure they are signed by the homeowner Bank Statements 2 full months all pages. Bank name and homeowners name must be present on all pages 2 Months pay stubs. If the homeowner does not have pay stubs please have them provide a signed and dated letter explaining that they do not have them CMA/COMPS Mortgage Statements if lender has transferred the loan please submit documentation Buyers Pre-Qualification or Proof of Funds 4506 T form BOA Equator requires buyers information as well. Please see a copy of the Equator Checklist. All items must be submitted and completely filled out. BOA s website is and BOA s number is BOA Equator will require seller to call in and obtain a login and password. They will need their account number and social security number. Seller will then get a login and password. Listing agent will then need to go into Equator and set up their username and password. All correspondence will need to be sent directly to us as we will not receive copies from Equator (this includes all s, logins and passwords please).
