1 MINNESOTA STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ARTICULATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN Rainy River Community College AND Bemidji State University This Agreement is entered into between Rainy River Community College, and Bemidji State University This Agreement and any amendments and supplements, shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota Rainy River Community College has established a SCience, Associate in Science degree and Bemidji State University has established a Science Education Major, Physics Specialty, Bachelor of Science degree, and will facilitate credit transfer and provide a smooth transition from one related program to another The Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities is authorized by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 16F to enter into Agreements and has delegated this authority to colleges and universities It is mutually agreed upon: Admission and Graduation Requirements A Bemidji State University admission and program admission requirements apply to both direct entry students and to students who transfer under this agreement B Students accepted into the Bemidji State University must fulfill the [Science Education, Physics Specia Bachelor of Science] graduation requirements C Number of residence (BSU) credits required: Minimum of 0 D Number of credits from upper division or accredited fouryear degree granting institution: Minimum of 0 upper division credits; upper division to include 000 and/or 000 level courses E Number of residence (BSU) credits required in major: Minimum of 1/ of the total credits in major F Successful completion of at least 128 semester credits until such time as the University adopts 120 semester credits as the minimum number of credits needed to graduate with a bachelor's degree G Any modifications to the curriculum from Rainy River Community College for courses/programs listed below are subject for additional review to ensure appropriate articulation for major applicability
