1 Multiple options are available for photo-documentation of examination findings in suspected child sexual abuse ranging from systems that can be assembled from off the shelf components to products manufactured specifically for sexual assault examination photo-documentation. 4 Tripod height can be adjusted if using nonmechanized bed. Wheeled dolly can be free rolling or wheels locked into place. Camcorder mounted on a sliding focus rack (Novoflex Castel XL with 15 inch range shown) as an alternative to extending reach if not using tripod with a center tilt column. ProScope on a tripod with 90 degree tilt center column allows scope to extend onto bedspace away from tripod. Closer to patient = higher magnification. (Maximum mag for lens is 10 X if lens is almost touching object). Connecting USB to computer activates LED beam. Distance from object provides magnification. Outer ring of lens provides fine focus.
