2 IHG Collateral Ful llment Site 1. Go to the websi te owsitesin c.com 2. In the up per rig ht corne r, click on Clie nt Login 3. The Login Screen will ap pear. Enter User Name and Pass word and p ress Login. User Name - IHG Sales Pass word - Sales 4. Browse through the items and select the quantity desired. Press Add to Cart Button. NOTE: Select quantities desired for all items, then click Add tocart button only needs to be pressed one time. Portable display request forms, logos and video links do NOT get added to cart. Simply click download. See the instructions at the end of this document for further information. Page One Trade Shows Rentals Storage

3 IHG Collateral Ful llment Site 5. The Shopping Cart Screen will appear. Review your order. If no updates, deletions or further items are required, select Checkout. 6. The Shipping Address and Cost Center Page appears. Enter the information requested. NOTE: Make sure to enter Fed Ex account unless you want ShowSites to bill you for shipping. 4 IHG Collateral Ful llment Site 7. Select Cost Center, Fed Ex Account Number and Level of Service 8. Feel Free to add any notes or special instructions. 9. If the collateral is for a trade show, please indicate under Notes/Comments 10. Click Submit 11. Review information. If changes need to be made, press Edit. Otherwise, press Finalize. 12. Thank you message will appear. You will also receive a confirmation that the order has been submitted. 13. You will receive an from ShowSites indicating that the order has been processed. 5 IHG Collateral Fulfillment Site 14. To check the status of your order, you may select View Order History 15. Select View order details 16. A specific listing of the items ordered will appear. 17. Rates Pick and Pull Costs will be covered by Sales Operations. Segment leaders will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping is not included - Fed Ex accounts will be provided by user. UPS is available if Fed Ex is not. ShowSites will bill for that service. Freight quote service for UPS or ShowSites Fed Ex account - $10 International Shipments - $25 processing fee. 6 IHG Collateral Fulfillment Site 18. The fulfillment site may also be used to download the Portable Display and Banner Request form and the Portable Display and Banner Descriptions overview. 19. To download the form or the flyer, click on the appropriate link in the right hand column and it will automatically download to your computer. 20. Follow the instructions on the form for submitting to ShowSites. NOTE: DO NOT ADD TO CART! DOING SO WILL NOT GENERATE AN ORDER FOR SHIPPING SERVICES! 7 IHG Collateral Fulfillment Site 21. The fulfillment site may also be used to download Logos and Videos. Click on the Logos/Video Links Tab. 22. Press Click to download. The requested item will download in a browser window. 23.
