3 Introduction In this manual, there are many useful information about SERENAS Payment System (SPS). What is, SERENAS Payment System (SPS)? SERENAS Payment System (SPS) is a web based, online payment system. Designed for congresses organized by SERENAS group. Participants use web interface to provide accommodation, shutlle services and to join available activities. About This Manual This user manual, prepared to give helpful information about main functions of SPS web application to end users. Using Payment System You need a web browser and an internet access to use SPS. How to Start? You must register from the congress internet site. You have to reac SPS web application from the congress web site. Life Cycle The life cycle of purchase: 1. Obtain username and password from the congress web site by the help of registration pages. 2. Reach SPS web application from the congress web site 3. Log in to SPS application 4. Put your accomodation needs in to SUMMARY from the Accommodation menu. 5. If you whant to use shuttle service provide your Transfer details. 6. If you want join activities from the Tours screen you can make selections. 7. Check your SUMMARY before complete the shopping. 8. From SUMMARY screen click the CHECOUT link to process the order. 9. From the CHECKOUT screen select the payment method and complete the transaction. 10. It is done! Providing Accommodation To provide accommodation: 1. Goto Accomodation screen 2. Enter how many rooms that you want to rent next to the apporpiate room type. 3. Press select command 4. Enter your accommodation details a. Dates to stay b. Names of people 5. Enter Transfer screen 2. Select transfer type 3. Enter Arrival Information 4. For Two-Way option enter Departure Information 5. Click Add to Summary to provide transfer. Select the tours that you want to attend, and provide how many you are. 3. Click Add to Summary to join activities. 1. Tours ekranına erişilir. 2.
