These offer a range of solutions to accommodate your requirements and budgets with durability of up to 25 years. We have further developed our range to simulate lead and copper roofs and have a system to encapsulate single ply membranes. Pro-Cold represents a safe, reliable and cost effective solution. The Proteus Pro-Cold systems are compatible with all conventional roof surfaces: concrete, asphalt, felt, timber, OSB and metal. Once applied, they are immediately impervious to water, exhibit excellent chemical resistance, are UV stable, maintenance free and can accommodate foot traffic. Cold application reduces risk of fire and the system can be laid as low as -5 centigrade. Standard colours are light, medium and dark grey; however we are able to manufacture to a wide range of BS and RAL colours, providing wide choice of finish. 4 COLD-MELT COLD-MELT INVERTED ROOF SYSTEMS QUICK SIMPLE SAFE The trademarked Cold-Melt Liquid Roof System incorporates recycled rubber-crumb and other organically grown products to create an elastomeric, seamless, cold applied membrane. This allows for application to a wide range of substrates, such as: concrete, asphalt, timber and metal. Being a high solids product it exhibits extremely low odour and as such can be applied in confined spaces. Its fast installation can reduce building programme time. You need only two things to get started with your Green Roof: soil and a waterproof roof. Proteus Cold Melt waterproofing system is purposemade to incorporate Green and Brown Roofs and, with its unparalleled seamless cold-applied waterproof finish, is quick, simple and safe to apply. The Cold-Melt system incorporates inverted roof insulation and, with or without insulation, can be designed as a paved, ballasted, green or brown roof. The membrane does not become brittle with age, therefore once protected from UV exposure it may last the life of the building. 5 DECKMASTER DECKMASTER SOLVENT-FREE COMPATIBLE LINE MARKING AND SIGNAGE SYSTEM ROOF, BASEMENT AND INTERMEDIATE DECKS Available for roof, basement and intermediate decks, Proteus Deckmaster applications will provide your deck with seamless waterproofing while also protecting them from carbon dioxide and chloride ingress. Due to Proteus expertise and quality products we are able to apply your waterproofing at speed which will have cost and convenience benefits to all projects, including refurbishments and new builds. All Deckmaster waterproofing comes with a non-slip surface including a compatible line marking and signage system all of which ensure optimum practicality for all projects. The products we use are environmentally friendly with solventfree, recycled components meaning your project can meet its sustainability targets. In addition to ideal usability, Deckmaster comes in a variety of colours in order to improve the project s aesthetic and safety credentials with colour coded parking bays, traffic aisles and pedestrian walkways if required. They are all cold applied which means reduced risk on site and a seamless membrane on completion. Quickly installed due to rapid product cure times, our systems reduce disruption to residents and help with building programs. They can also be flexible to cater for building movement and have a range of durability and finishes to achieve individual building uses and demands. All the systems have a large standard colour range but can be made to most BS and RAL colour codes. They can then be further finished with a wide range of decorative finishes. 7 PRO-INDUSTRIAL PRO-INDUSTRIAL RANGE EXTENDS BUILDING LIFE WILL LAST UP TO 20 YEARS FAST, SAFE APPLICATION TO ASBESTOS, GALBESTOS AND PLASTISOL Proteus provides the Pro-Industrial range of waterproofing membranes. They are suitable to extend the lives of existing structural membrane panels such as: metal and asbestos cladding to existing roof and walls. Should the client not require a full system, cutedge corrosion encapsulation is also offered. We have developed a range of gutter waterproofing systems which can typically be installed in one application, therefore completed takes less time than many of the alternatives on the market.
