Certifications Microsoft Gold Certified Partner - this allows us to access a variety of Microsoft resources (both in terms of support and in terms of software licenses), so as to ensure that we can properly respond to all Microsoft-related requirements that we receive from our customers. ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) - confirming that our quality policies are in line with the ISO requirements, and that the procedures that we have put in place for software development & testing / quality assurance are adequate for delivering a proper service to our customers. 5 4. Expertise SBP is specialized in software application development and related services (software maintenance, quality assurance). We manage the development team internally, in order to diminish effort required from the customer's side. Our services cover the entire life cycle of a software project: from requirements analysis and architecture, going through implementation & testing, to the final stages of deployment, maintenance and support. Our development process relies on a proprietary methodology, which combines certain elements from the Agile family of methodologies (including Scrum) with elements from the Waterfall approach and from the Microsoft Solutions Framework. Due to the iterative structure of the timeline, our customer can see results early in the process, in order to provide feedback along the way.

9 Communication We provide daily customer support by , phone and internet messaging. Prompt customer feedback is assured by our online issue reporting, bug tracking and feature requesting system. All of our developers are proficient in English (which we use on a daily basis, for communicating with all our customers, via text and/or voice). Also all the coding is performed in English, this is an internal standard in our company. We're extensively using remote collaboration tools (instant messaging; remote desktop/remote assistance; collaborative user interface sketching tools, such as SketchFlow), for collaborating with our current customers - with very good results in terms of time savings & financial savings, and also with significant benefits in terms of project management & communication efficiency.
10 Project management As a customer, having control on the direction and efficiency of the development process is a good thing - but knowing that the team will perform well, even if you don't involve that much, is even better. We try to release our customers from any micro-management burden, and allow them to focus on higher-level goals, such as envisioning new products, and focusing on the market strategy for the products that we develop. Therefore we manage internally as much as possible, and we strive to cover all aspects of the development process - while staying close to the customer's vision and business goals.

12 6. Security & Confidentiality One of the greatest challenges, when working with a remote service provider, is to ensure that your intellectual property is in safe hands. Today's enterprises rely, in a very large (and increasing) proportion, on their intellectual property - so the way the IP is managed is hugely important. We take data security very seriously (concering both our customers' data, and our own data), and we have taken a series of measures to ensure that our customers' data is safe with us.
13 Data Protection We have developed a sophisticated internet access setup, that prevents the leaking of confidential materials. All means of data transfer (including internet, but also hardware devices, such as DVD, USB stick etc.) are subject to a restricted, privilege-based access rights system. In the end, we ensure (by both legal and technical limitations) that nobody in our company transports or transfers protected materials out of our company's headquarters.
14 Confidentiality We have a very strict policy for protecting the confidentiality of our customers' information, and we have individual contracts with all or our employees, binding them to protect the intellectual property and the materials that are related to our projects. Intellectual Property The typical contract that we sign with all of our customers contains clauses that indicate that the ownership of all intellectual property (including source code, binary files, designs, technical documents etc.) belongs to the customer, not to us. So practically all the IP rights (that result from our work) are ceded to our customers.
