Mobile storage was also supplied, with various alternative storage options, breakout furniture, and meeting seating and boardroom tables

5 Serjeants Inn Chambers requested the design, manufacture and installation of various desking and storage solutions. As a law firm, the brief from Serjeants Inn Chambers was very specific, with requirements for all furniture to have adequate space, personal storage, and - most importantly - extra security. The company selected for the project needed to have the facilities to accommodate bespoke furniture and alterations made to their existing ranges. Flexiform supplied Serjeants Inn Chambers with an extensive range of desking, storage, seating and accessories. These items were either designed, manufactured and installed by our own staff, or hand-picked from a range of our approved suppliers. All items were finished with white steel and oak MFC, often with four-digit combination locks for extra security. The style created a modern luxury feel, but with core strength, stability and functionality. Serjeants Inn Chambers is a great example of Flexiform s design and engineering capabilities, which were utilised to answer the specific requirements and needs of the client. All items supplied to Serjeants Inn Chambers had a bespoke element. Security was paramount. Four-digit resettable combination locks were used on the larger items, while a thin-digit lock was used on smaller furniture such as pedestals. Mobile storage was also designed to Serjeants Inn Chambers specifications; matched with Flexiform s experience, it provided a great solution to transporting documents safely and securely. The same priniciple was applied to the lockers, where they doubled up as secure pigeon holes or postal slots. Flexiform has an experienced in-house design and engineering team on site at our UK manufacturing plant. It ensures Flexiform stays ahead of the curve for supplying furniture to exact specifications. Flexiform can supply every process from the clients brief and specification in-house, from consultation and space planning, initial designs and development, right through to manufacturing, delivery and installation. 8 9

7 Pedestals Under-desk storage is a key part of office storage, and keeps desks tidy. Serjeants Inn Chambers selected an oak MFC-fronted three-drawer pedestals with a bespoke digit lock for extra security. Meeting Room Tables Flexiform has a vast range of tables suitable for single use, meeting rooms, or general use. Flexiform can also supply products from a number of hand-selected companies, ensuring we have furniture for every need. Hinged Door Cupboard Serjeants Inn Chambers selected a number of Freestor hinged-door storage units with MFC front doors, MFC tops, and a white carcass to match the selected desking. They also selected a four-digit resettable combination lock for security. Bespoke Lockers Utilising our in-house engineering team, a bespoke top-opening locker system was designed for Serjeants Inn Chambers, with shelving, postal slot, nametags, and individual locks with master keys. Desking Standalone bespoke desking with hanging modesty panels and monitor arms were selected by Serjeants Inn Chambers. Each ended with secure desk-high double door storage, and was finished in oak MFC with white steel legs. Bespoke Mobile Storage Mobile secure storage was a perfect solution for Serjeants Inn Chambers, as it allowed the movement and storage of sensitive information and documents.
