LAURENT FRANCOIS PICHERAL June 2, Laurent Francois Picheral Member of Orbis S.A. Supervisory Board Laurent Picheral is CEO AccorHotels HotelServices Central & Eastern Europe and a Member of the AccorHotels Group Executive Committee. He leads the Hotel operations of the roundabout 500 hotels under all AccorHotels brands in the Central and Eastern European countries including Germany, Austria, Poland and Hungary. Since January 2016 he additionally took over the formal position as Head of AccorHotels Germany. Since July 2014 Laurent Picheral is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Orbis SA, the largest hotel group in Poland and Eastern Europe, subsidiary of AccorHotels. In addition in 2014 he became member of the Supervisory Board of Solidarity Accor Foundation. Between 2010 and 2014 Laurent Picheral served as the President & CEO of Orbis SA. Previously ( ), he held a position as Managing Director and Finance Director of Accor Hotellerie Deutschland GmbH and the NewGen Hotels AG, in charge of finance, taxes, legal issues, real estate, development, purchases and IT departments. Laurent Picheral has joined Accor in the internal audit department in 1997, following his international consulting experience at KPMG and Salustro Reydel.
2 A graduate of EDHEC Business School, he is fond of travelling and archeology, and speaks French, German and English fluently. CHRISTIAN KARAOGLANIAN June 2, Christian KARAOGLANIAN Christian Karaoglanian (Advisor to the Chairman and CEO) joined AccorHotels in 1976 working for the catering business of the company. In 1984, he took the responsibility of the development in the Middle East and Asia and later the development of all hotel brands in Europe. He was Chief Development Officer for AccorHotels worldwide since 2002 implementing the development policy of the company with a team of 140 developers on five continents through organic growth as well as acquisitions. Since 2016, he is Advisor to the Chairman and CEO. Christian Karaoglanian, a French citizen born in Paris, completed his University education at the Institute d Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and holds a degree in Economic Science.
3 He is board member of various JV and listed hotel companies such as Orbis (the AccorHotels subsidiary for Eastern Europe), Adagio (the AccorHotels JV with Pierre & Vacances), Risma (the AccorHotels arm in Morocco) and Mama Shelter, the lifestyle brand of AccorHotels. Apart from the business of the Issuer, Mr. Christian Karaoglanian does not pursue any other business which would be competitive towards the business of the Issuer. JAN OZINGA Jan Ozinga Member of Orbis S.A. Supervisory Board Aged 51, Jan Ozinga is a graduate of La Roche-en-Ardenne hotel management school in Belgium, attended the Institut Supérieur d Informatique in Liège and obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Heriott-Watt University Edinburgh (Scotland). Jan Ozinga has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry in France and internationally. He started his career in 1991 with Accor as Development Director for the United Kingdom, Ireland and Benelux. In 2001, he joined Dolce hotel group as Vice President of Development in Europe. He went on to become Executive Vice President in charge of international real estate activities for Groupe Casino in In 2008, he joined Carrefour as Director of Carrefour Property France.
4 From 2012 to 2014, he was CEO of the French platform and Head of Separate Accounts Continental Europe of CBRE Global Investors, a world leader in real estate investment management. He joined AccorHotels in June 2014 as CEO HotelInvest and is a member of the Accorhotels Executive Committee. JEAN-JACQUES MORIN Jean-Jacques Morin Member of Orbis S.A. Supervisory Board Jean-Jacques Morin was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of AccorHotels in November Prior to joining AccorHotels, he was the Group CFO of Alstom where he had spent 10 years, notably as Sector CFO for Transport and Power Service. Jean-Jacques Morin started his career with Deloitte in Audit and Management Consulting based in France and Canada.
5 He then spent 13 years in the Semiconductor industry, notably with Motorola in France, Switzerland, Germany and USA. Jean-Jacques holds a M.Sc. in Aeronautics from SUP AERO (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l Aéronautique et de l Espace) and an MBA from Arizona State University (Thunderbird). He is a French CPA. Apart from the business of the Issuer, Mr. Jean-Jacques Morin does not pursue any other business which would be competitive towards the business of the Issuer. BRUNO COUDRY Bruno COUDRY Bruno Coudry graduated from the Law School of the University Saint-Etienne in France, joined Accor Group in 1973 where he held several managerial positions in the hospitality field in France and abroad. Mr. Coudry notably served as Chief Operational Officer for Thalassa & Leisure Hotels in Europe, Morocco, Egypt, Turkey, the Caribbean Islands, South America, and Ibis Budget (formerly Etap Hotel) in France. From 2006 to 2013, he was Chief Operating Officer for Accor Group in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Turkey and held office as member of the Management Board of
6 Accor Pannonia Hotels Zrt. in Hungary. Since 2013, he has been holding office as member of the Supervisory Board of Orbis SA.
