Age : Minimum 28 years as on 01/11/2015 Experience : Candidates should have experience in erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all types of measuring instruments/transmitters, Servo valves/proportional valves of hydraulic system, control/on-off valves, pneumatic/hydraulic actuators, controls and automation systems, DCS with profibus, PLCs etc., in large size continuous process industries like Pulp and Paper, Refinery, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Metals processing, Chemical etc. or Thermal Power Plants. Age : For Assistant Manager: Minimum 29 years as on 01/11/2015 For Plant Engineer: Minimum 28 years as on 01/11/2015 Experience : For Assistant Manager: Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on For Plant Engineer: in planning, scheduling and carrying out various types of machining works of castings, forgings, bar stock and fabricated components with machine tools such as centre lathes, turrent lathes, CNC machines, milling machines, vertical machine centres, shapers, planners, Gear cutting machines, Grinding machines etc. in a large size Engineering Industry involved in manufacture of machineries or mass production of components for other industries and / or Repairing / Reclamation / Replacement of worn out / damaged components of machinery parts such as Shafts, Bearing Housings, screw conveyors, rollers, pulleys, casings, impellers, gears, different types of knives, other such machinery parts etc., in a manufacturing industry by Welding, Machining and Grinding. The candidates should be familiar with different welding techniques, selection of welding electrodes based on material of construction of components, usage of special welding electrodes for repair / reclamation, abrasion / wear resistance etc.

(or) Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Chemistry and M.E. (Industrial Safety) or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu. Age : Minimum 25 years as on 01/11/2015 Experience : Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2015 after acquiring Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Chemistry of which atleast 1 year after acquiring Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety. Should have been in a responsible position in Safety Department of any industrial establishment or large scale construction company. Should have experience in dealing with accident prevention, training of employees in Safety awareness and emergency preparedness, enforcing personal safety at work place, electrical installation, construction activities etc. Candidates should be conversant with safety practices in storage and handling of hazardous chemicals, compliance of statutory requirements stipulated in Factories Act and Factories Rules, explosives rules and gas cylinder rules, maintenance of records as per statutory requirements, accident reporting and analysis, liaison with Factory Inspectorate and other Statutory Authorities. Knowledge of Tamil is essential.
