Our Experience Co-founder of Skybridge, James McCallum has been involved in the Solar Industry since 2004, after founding Solartech in 2004, he grew the company as the Group MD to the largest Solar Thermal Company in Africa, managing 50 offices nationally & overseeing 15,000 Solar Geysers & 26 Photo Voltaic projects, generating over 500 Million Rand in Sales, eventually selling his shares in July 2013 to pursue the Skybridge Project. Our Focus We consult and manage solar projects in the Western & Southern Cape. We do not accept projects whereby the delivery expectation is unreasonable. We focus on residential and light commercial Solar Thermal & Grid Tied Photo Voltaic projects. We are selective about which projects we accept and do not aspire to expansion. We choose to remain specialised in a sector where we can achieve predictable results and a reputation for over delivery at a reasonable investment.

Very few Solar Companies understand how to sell what they install, & as a result become frustrated by the complexities of the initial customer interaction, most solar companies get caught up in boring technical jargon, alienate the customer & loose the sale. What We Do Skybridge recruit, train & support a growing network of sales & technical professionals wishing to enter the lucrative solar energy industry. We support our partners through an on-going skills transfer programme guaranteeing success for those willing to commit to personal growth whilt s benefiting from a lucrative remuneration structure negotiated with our Eskom accredited technical partners specialising in technical implementation of solar energy solutions. We keep our infrastructure fluid, and expect skill set cross pollination from our design & engineering teams, thus avoiding building unnecessary company overheads into the cost of the

3 project thus diluting the value. In terms of initial investment the Projects we select are priced to win. In terms of our accounting practises, we do not negotiate on project proposals. We teach you how to Consult Every project is unique. Upon request you will manage on site strategic conversations in respect to desired project outcomes. You start by talking about the clients energy needs and project goals. We teach you how to review historical electrical usage and evaluate the structure based on the amount of sunlight it receives throughout the day and the amount of available roof space. You will then provide an initial project estimate to express how generating solar power can lower electrical costs. Page 3 We show you how to Design Solar systems are designed based on project analysis. Upon acceptance you will custom design the solar system based on the home's architecture and required projected energy needs. Design plans contain the specification sheets for all system components, such as the solar panels and inverters for your project. If required you will submit the design proposal to the municipality to obtain the necessary approval. We Teach you how to Install We are always looking for greet installation partners, perhaps your skill set lies in the technical side and you wish to put a technical team together and facilitate the installations generated by our sales network. We teach you initially how to build & manage installation team to SANS compliance. We teach you how to close the Deal We create strategic conversations to change the odds, helping our partners connect more often, converse better & convince sooner Essentially the challenges within the Solar programme are attributed to the lack of confidence in respect to the sales discussion. Why Solar Energy The benefits of solar energy are numerous & significant. Best of all, solar energy is free and does not compromise the environment. A single electric geyser in the average household contributes 38% towards your monthly electricity bill, & contributes 3 tons of CO2 to the fragile atmosphere. At Skybridge we believe

4 that Solar water heating and photo voltaic is the answer. The benefits of solar energy are numerous & significant. Firstly, replacing your conventional electric geyser with a solar water heating system could reduce your monthly electricity bill considerably. & then there's the corresponding reduction in environmental impacts. A 50% reduction in traditional energy use means an up to 50% reduction in CO2 emissions. So installing a solar water heater could reduce your carbon footprint by half. At the same time, you'll be helping to conserve non-renewable fuels like coal & oil for the future & reducing the emissions resulting from their use. Page 4 How much energy will a solar geyser produce and how much can it save our clients? 1) The total investment to the client on a 200L Solar Geyser is R14, ) At SABS we achieved a Q-factor of 7.8 Kwh 3) The average annual radiation for Cape Town is equal to 6.42 KWhr/sqm/day. 4) Our system will deliver Kwhr of energy on the average day in the Western Cape. 5) KWhr per day equates to 4070 KWhr per annum 6) Present electricity prices including Vat for high-use Eskom Clients is R1.61 per KWhr. 7) 4070 KWhr at R 1.61 per KWhr equates to a saving of R6 552 per year. 8) A 20 year cummulative savings = R399, Who Shares Our View Point Cape Town like other major cities, is grappling with a high carbon footprint that requires us to take proactive initiatives to encourage the use of renewable energy. Internal City studies show that there are approximately electric hot water cylinders in private properties across the city, where residents would benefit from replacing them with solar water heaters. In order to help households to access these

5 benefits, the City has developed a unique & innovative programme, designed to take the hassle out of the installation processes & to make it more financially attainable for households. The Residential Solar Water Accreditation Programme will enable residents to take full advantage of the benefits of Solar Water Heaters. Page 5 Before the start of the Solar Water Heater programme, prospective customer perceptions, levels of awareness, & knowledge & attitudes towards the heaters, were tested. The survey was conducted across living standards measures (LSM) 7-10 & indicated the following: 1) 85.9% of residents know that a solar water heater can save them money; 2) 67.9% want a solar water heater 3) 50.5% are likely to buy one in the next one to three years. 8 Investment A Skybridge Consulting Agency Partnership has an illustrative value & primary investment amounting to R ex vat. This will entitle the partner to: 1) Business Training 2) PV & Solar Thermal Theory 3) On-going Support 4) Territory Licence 5) Rights to the Skybridge Solar Consulting Brand & Mechanism Page 8 Brand Management Fee The Skybridge Partner is required to pay Skybridge fixed monthly Brand Management fee of R for the on-going business support programme Support System All Skybridge Consulting partners within the network will be required to attend monthly business workshops at the Erinvale Conference Facility, to assist the network in developing new strategies & ideas with regards to technical, marketing & business skills. You will receive via a weekly newsletter from Skybridge Solar C&E, outlining interesting articles with regard to Business Development, updates on the industry & various opportunities available to the network from time to time. Solcom Lead Generation Skybridge brand development includes an Lead Generation Programme whereby potential clients will be encouraged to request a quote from you directly based on the location of the enquiry through our various lead generation websites. Currently Google statistics indicate over 1600 searches per month for the term Solar Energy

9 Administrative & Technical processes are managed by Skybridge on your behalf. On a weekly basis we will audit & recon all successful installations with our Solar Installation Partners, Skybridge ensuring payments are predictable & reflect in your account on the 15th of each month. You will be updated daily on all relevant issues pertaining to the process. Page 9 Skyquote Software We have taken the complexity out of the design and proposal process. Skybridge Partners will have access to Skyquote and thus managing multiple complex proposals per day is made effortless. Skyfin Specialise in providing loans for Solar Geysers, Heat Pumps and other Solar Systems, Customers are encouraged to pay a deposit of anywhere between 10% and 50% on your system with flexible repayment terms and competitive interest rates with a simple, easy and confidential application process.
