The Company provides unique propositions through tailored, sector specific services with an emphasis on preventative procedures and processes. The Company delivers solutions to a number of challenges faced by small and medium sized businesses regarding ever changing regulations and compliance demands. Services are largely provided in partnership with pharmacy trade associations and buying groups throughout the UK. An audit of all HR Management paperwork and procedures required for GPhC Inspections. 24 hour / 365 day advice and support from named advisors FEATURES This is where Xact act as the members External Human Resource Department. Initial Support Full review of all existing employment contracts, policies and procedures to ensure the compliance provision of: - Advice on any changes / tailored contracts of employment and job descriptions for all staff positions / Employee Handbook which will include all necessary policies and procedures including disciplinary, grievance, retirement, etc. GPhC Support Support to the Pharmacist and all employees in establishment of a good practice regime within the premises which meets all of the principles and standards required by the GPhC inspection regime. Ongoing Audit Support Support to the Pharmacist and all employees to monitor and review the HR regime within the premises.

6 Human Resource Management Service Online Support Access to Xact Advice, the online support system which provides detailed information on all relevant issues such as: - Recruitment / Employment / Equal Opportunities / Grievance / Disciplinary / Termination - GPhC Principles and Standards - News / Alerts Ongoing Advice Support - 24 hour / 365 day expert Advice line - Named point of contact - All advice in writing - Service includes the provision of written documents if required e.g. letters, request for medical reports, etc. Indemnity Support (Optional) An Insurance Indemnity for both costs and awards in the event of an Employment Tribunal. 7 Health & Safety Service Fully outsourced service providing the with ongoing Health & Safety Compliance support to ensure adherence to relevant GPhC principles and standards OUTLINE OF SERVICE specific Health & Safety Compliance service providing full support ranging from the preparation and issue of Policies, Risk Assessments, Action Plans and adherence to GPhC principles and standards. On site completion of all H&S paperwork and procedures required for GPhC inspection. 24 hour / 365 day advice and support from named advisors FEATURES This is where Xact act as a member s Health & Safety External Competent person. Initial Support An External Competent Person who will work with the Responsible Person(s) to complete: All required Health & safety Policies / Risk Assessments / Control actions / Action Plan Provision of advice to the Responsible Person(s) on any Health & Safety issues. All information will be in writing and contained within a bespoke Health & Safety manual. GPhC Support Support to the Pharmacist and all employees in establishment of a Health & Safety regime within the premises which meets all of the principles and standards required by the GPhC inspection regime. Ongoing Audit Support Support to the Pharmacist and all employees to monitor and review the Health & Safety regime established within the premises including: Regular off-site Technical Reviews to provide advice and support Further visit(s) to the to audit and review the Safety Management System

8 Health & Safety Service Online Support Access to Xact Assist, the online support system which provides detailed information on all relevant issues such as: Premises / People / Work Equipment / Procedures GPhC Principles and Standards News / Alerts Ongoing Advice Support Risk Assessments The service is supported by: The provision of a 24 hour / 365 day expert Advice line The provision of Health & Safety Employee Handbooks Liaison, as necessary, with outside bodies on behalf of client company Onsite attendance in the event of any serious accident or incident Written Indemnity Support (Optional) An indemnity which provides the company with cover for the legal costs in the event of a Health and Safety Prosecution.
