4 The Portal Portal - Login All Web Apps live in the portal Each Organization creates an account. Each User is assigned to Organization All Web Apps are FREE Support is Video, help text, and phone based. October 25, 2010 National RTAP Web Applications 4

5 The Portal Homepage The end user has access to all the web apps (that we have released). They are able to manage the web apps, get the code to place app on their public website. October 25, 2010 National RTAP Web Applications 5

6 The Portal Web App - Dashboard Each web app has it s own Dashboard page. Product announcement, helpful links, and forums. The system know which Organization the user belong to and welcomes them accordingly. From any page the user can go to a different web app. October 25, 2010 National RTAP Web Applications 6

7 Procurement Pro Definition ProcurmentPRO is a web-based application that walks a user through a 7 step procurement process. During these steps we ask for the procurement Type, cost, methods and based on the answers we filter the various clauses and the system will produce a document that the end user can print out.
