In the organizational contexts three main kinds of processes are traditionally identified: organizational processes, learning processes and social collaboration processes. ARISTOTELE aims to create a dynamic harmonization between these organizational processes with the intangible assets typical of the learning process (Competences, Knowledge, Creativity) in order to support innovation building at individual, groups and organizational level, letting central users and technologies role.
