Currently the division has hired a temp to accomplish the tasks of this position. This position takes in customer work requests and generates work orders to be completed. The position is responsible for collecting the division s key performance indicators (KPIs). Losing this position would hinder the division s effort to complete the tracking of KPIs which was an area of concern in the 2014 McGladrey Audit. Another concern raised in the McGladrey Audit was the accuracy of entering invoices into the work order system by the ASA II. The elimination of this position would require multiple people to enter the invoices into the system. This would eliminate the separation of duties control of having one person doing the data entry while a separate person checks the accuracy of the inputted data.
