2 ICOR MISSION ICOR is an organization that supports and advocates for entrepreneurs who wants to develop their own definition of success: a lifestyle designed through real estate investing, passive cash flow, building businesses or other investment vehicles. We create a community of investors by providing education, guidance, and an opportunity to make contacts and build relationships, and by offering a variety of tools, benefits, and support. Goals of the ICOR Partnership To lead, educate, and provide for the Colorado Real Estate Investing Industry To create an environment for increased adoption and development of investing practices and the sustainable growth of the Real Estate Investing Industry in the state of Colorado To be the trusted and respected resource and point of contact for policy makers, media, and the Investing Industry To develop ICOR as a key news source and policy-led commentator on investing issues Founded in 2008, ICOR supports the Colorado Real Estate Investing Community in promoting a standard of excellence for the benefit of its members. ICOR is a for-profit organization. 2

ICOR prides itself on being the communication hub of the Colorado Investing Community. We offer our members a trusted source for keeping them in tune with the world in which they do business. Individual investors look to ICOR to provide them with valuable market information, and a forum for sharing ideas from an attitude of abundance: more is more, for everyone. Benefit providers are at the forefront of information on our website, in printed materials, and at our events. This gives you unparalleled opportunities to access an exceptionally targeted audience with wide geographic breadth. In the past four years, ICOR has experienced rapid and substantial growth and a continually expanding membership. This is just the tip of the iceberg. In January 2012, ICOR put an aggressive 3-year strategic plan in place, focused on increasing our membership among Rental Property Owners Associations, turn-key investors and other landlord associations. A partnership with ICOR presents Benefit Providers with multiple avenues of access to our members - more than 400 potential customers and small business owners who are carefully targeted and primed to purchase the specialty products and services your company offers. We will leverage our core competencies as a leader in the Colorado Investment Community and promote your products and services through our well-established distribution channels. The Opportunity E-Media and Direct Mail All of the electronic and print media that ICOR members receive instructs them to visit www. ICOROCKIES.com for more information. We are constantly contacting our membership and directing traffic to our website where they will see your prominent banner ad. ICOR Benefits Providers will receive rotating banner ads on which receives 19,000 approximate hits per year and growing hits this month with 250+ unique visitors. The website is currently being expanded and upgraded to include more functionality, including blogs, web forums, and a hub for registration to ICOR events (1500 association members in combined attendance). This marks a huge potential to raise your visibility to both our ICOR membership and the investing world at large. 5

6 Member Benefit Packet Annually, each member receives a fully detailed description of the current benefits available to them through National REIA; you have the opportunity to extend a benefit or discount and become a benefit provider. Benefit Providers receive a quarter-page ad in this direct mail piece. This packet reaches approximately 150 individuals each year, and serves as a quick reference guide, filled with contact information to key industry product and service providers that are meant to help build any investor s team. This year we begin the print of a new handbook for members. This resource gives a detailed account of how members can benefit from your product or service and how they should use it. These are distributed to each individual member. Blasts Our members receive direct electronic communication at least once a month. This content includes legislative alerts, announcements, benefit reminders, etc. ICOR provides direct links in each , driving traffic to your benefit information on our website. Quarterly Direct Mailings & Promotional Mailings We send local association members a quarterly mailing for the direct administration of information. Also, we occasionally send our members special promotional pieces via or direct mail to announce exciting new ICOR or industry developments. These mailings contain up-to-date industry news, event registration information, and remind members of their exclusive benefits. ICOR E-Announcements Weekly, this communication reaches individual members in which sponsors and industry partners have the ability to submit content for the newsletter, which is also posted online for our membership. We provide advertising space in each issue alongside the list of current member benefits; we also reinforce your company s value as a member by highlighting your company in our articles. Networking through Face-to-Face Meetings ICOR holds more than 7 face-to-face meetings a month, consisting of 25+ hours of education. Partners have the opportunity to set up a table each month, giving you hours of networking opportunities with our members. In addition, we host six Focus Groups on varied topics that span from beginner to advanced, and include an alternative investing focus. Our Business Partners/Benefit Providers are encouraged to actively participate in these meetings to better understand our membership s needs, and also add knowledge to the conversation. 6

7 Educational Conferences, Networking, & External Marketing ICOR prides itself on being an organization that builds relationships on a very personal basis. We host multiple education events annually. In the interest of building and fortifying the ICOR investment community, non-members are invited to these conferences. We also participate in external industry events where we can communicate the advantages of ICOR membership to numerous individuals and groups that are not currently members. We travel to all regions of the state, where we typically have an ICOR booth and always have promotional materials available to enhance Brand Recognition for both ICOR and our sponsors/partners. Our presence at statewide conferences is an exceptional opportunity for ICOR to promote membership benefits, to introduce partners and their products to attendees, and to spend time building strong relationships with individual investors. During the promotion of our own events, ICOR Partners receive significant recognition as they appear on all promotional materials we publish. Higher-level sponsors also receive scheduled speaking time and additional face time with attendees during our conferences, allowing them to directly market to our membership and non-member participants at our meetings and events.
