3 Remix is where it s at! Remix is the hottest thing at sea for teenage cruisers like you. Come hang out, make new friends, and get in the grove with some cool activities like hip-hop classes and DJ workshops, videos, music, sports, fooseball, card and board games and much more. There s even Playstation 2/3 and Wii tournaments on the 300-square-foot Movies Under the Stars screen!* And the fun continues with evening dance parties and a teen casino night. Plus two special dinners are prepared just for you, including a formal evening complete with souvenir group photographs. Be part of it all. Take a few moments to read the following guidelines, fill out the attached registration card (with parent signature) and come join the fun! We look forward to seeing you at Remix! Note: Teen facilities, age groupings and programs vary by ship. Each program features specialized, age-specific activities and registered teen passengers are required to participate in the program designated for their age. Onboard Pacific Princess, and Ocean Princess, Youth and Teen programs are available only when 20 or more children ages 3-17 are sailing. *Movies Under the Stars on select ships.

5 Shipboard Guidelines To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all passengers, please note the following policies: Parents/guardians must accept supervisory responsibility for their teens who are not participating in the advertised youth activities. Parents/guardians must restrain their teens from engaging in any loud and/or disruptive behavior, running in the public rooms, open decks and passageways, or playing in the elevators. We encourage all teens to conform to the suggested dress code of the day. Teens must wear cover-ups over swimwear in interior public areas. Princess reserves the right to disembark any passenger(s), including parents of minor passenger(s), whose behavior is disruptive to other passenger(s) or crew, or who cause damage to the ship. Special Needs All teens (ages 13-17) are encouraged to participate in the Teen Program. Every effort will be made to accommodate all interested passengers. If your teen requires one-on-one supervision, an authorized caregiver must remain with him/her during program sessions. Our staff is not permitted to administer any medication and/or attend to medical conditions. Alcoholic Beverages The legal drinking age of 21 years is always observed onboard and proof of age may be required. Fitness Center, Hot Tubs and Spa Passengers under the age of 16 are not permitted in the fitness center, hot tub, spa, sauna, steam room, or golf area unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Casino/Gambling Passengers under the age of 21 will not be permitted in the casino and proof of age may be required. Passengers under the age of 21 will not be allowed to participate in cash prize bingo and horse racing. Nightclub Entry into the nightclub is limited to passengers ages 18 and over, and proof of age may be required. However, special teen dance parties will be scheduled at specific times during the cruise to accommodate those under the age of 18. Please consult the daily activities schedule for details. Filming/Photography During the cruise, the Princess video team may videotape teens activities for the Reflections souvenir video/dvd made specifically for your cruise. The video will be available for purchase at the end of your voyage. In addition, the photography team might take pictures of certain activities in the Teen Lounge to help capture the memories of your cruise. These images will be displayed in the photo gallery for viewing and purchase. Your signature on the registration card confirms your consent to such videotaping and photographing. Daily Activity Schedule A schedule will be delivered to your stateroom listing teen activities. Extra copies will be available from the Teen Lounge staff.

I consent to any and all emergency medical care or treatment to be rendered in the discretion of the shipboard physician or other licensed physician at the request of Princess or the shipboard physician to my minor child. This care or treatment may be given under whatever conditions are necessary in the discretion of those named above to preserve the health and safety of my minor child. I further agree to pay all charges for that care or treatment. This consent is valid and given whether I am in port or onboard the ship at the time the emergency medical care or treatment is required and/or rendered. While every effort will be made to locate me, I understand that these efforts will not delay the arrangement or provision of emergency medical care. As the parent or guardian of the above-named minor child, I am responsible for the health care decisions of the minor child and am authorized to consent to the services to be rendered. I represent that my consent to and agreement to pay for the medical care, services or treatment to be rendered to my minor child is legally sufficient and that no consent from any other person is required by law. This consent shall remain in effect at all times while the minor child is registered with the Princess Cruises Teen Program. I hereby agree that my teenager may be videotaped and/or photographed during all Princess organized or operated teen activities during the cruise, and Section 19 of our cruise ticket contract governs any footage of my child or children. I understand that my teen, as a participant in the Program, has permission to enter and leave the Center at will.
