Main projects: The Rise of Turkey and the New Mediterranean : the project analyzes how energy could represent a major tool to strengthen the economic, political and social integration in the Euro-Mediterranean region with a particular focus on Turkey. MEDPRO Mediterranean Prospects, this FP7 project evaluates the hydrocarbons and renewable energy outlook of the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean countries, and presents the prospects for the creation of a more integrated Mediterranean energy market in the framework of the emerging external dimension of the EU energy policy.
