2 Bill Nr. 1 Preliminaries Bill Nr. 1 PRELIMINARIES NOTES : (1) The work shall be done during day time and night time according to CAM/ADA requirements. (2) If CAM decides to cancel any s listed in the Bills of Quantities, the Contractor shall not claim any compensation related to the works not executed. (3) Contractor shall provide the quantities according to the design, international and Macau regulations and site requirements, and the unit prices for reference. The contract is based on lump sum fixed price. (4) The above s (1) to (3) apply to the whole Bills of Quantities A Provision of temporary hoardings and/or covered walkway with temporary lighting where necessary, to meet the requirements of CAM and the Airport Operator; maintain and remove away from site upon completion of the works or as instructed by CAM. Any existing hoarding should be dismantled, kept in good conditions and returned to CAM B Provision of project signboards C Environmental mitigation measures D Safety precautions E Site cleaning F Contractor's workshops, offices and storage sheds G Maintenance of traffic flow including provision of temporary traffic arrangement H Site survey Carried to Collection MOP$ - BQ.1/1 -

5 Bill Nr. 2 Design of the Works Bill Nr. 2 DESIGN OF THE WORKS NOTES : The Contractor's Designer shall prepare all design in full compliance with all relevant statuory requirements and the specifications, Design Requirement Brief and the tender document and drawings. subject to Macau Government Authorities' approval. He shall prepare and submit all relevant design reports, calculation and drawings as necessary in good quality to the client for consent. The design document shall be prepared in Chinese and English for submission to relevant Macau Government Authorities for review and approval process. 8 Bill Nr. 3 Demolition Bill Nr. 3 DEMOLITION A B C Demolition of existing part of Passenger Terminal Building adjacent to the new extension, including external wall, floor slab, façade, external architectural features, any external light fittings, internal finishes including false ceiling, internal wall and floor finishes. The cut-off line of the demolition work shall suit the existing site conditions. The Contractor shall provide temporary finish linings, covers, flashing plate, etc. for the cut-off line to match the existing finishes of the PTB to the satisfaction of CAM. Provide a temporary weather proof external enclosure during the construction work. Demolition of existing E&M services to suit existing site conditions and the design of the extension shall be carried out without interruption to the normal operation of the passenger terminal. Disposal of all construction waste and debris. Diversion of existing E&M services for carrying out demolition works and reinstatement if necessary Take down and set aside of the existing advertisement frame located at northern side of the existing Passenger Terminal Building D Re-fix the existing advertisement frame Any other s (to be inserted by the Contractor):- TOTAL - Bill Nr. 3 - BQ.3/7 -
