21 Brevity is Key Today s world is so inundated with technology and visual stimulation, that keeping employees focused during training programs can be troublesome. Employees typically don t have the time to watch - really watch - a training video longer than 4 minutes. The modern worker only has about 1% of available time in the office to dedicate to learning and development.
