Status: Deal completed in February 2015 PROJECT WHITE Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio, North West The portfolio represents a sound opportunity for an existing operator or investor to accelerate their expansion plans for growth in the care sector and immediately increase their target market in a defined geographical area. Status: Launched: Summer 2015 CONFIDENTIAL SALE PROJECT TUNGSTEN Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio, South East This highly regarded portfolio of long term elderly care homes (c.500 beds) will provide a new operator the opportunity to enter into, or further increase, their exposure into the private pay sector. Status: Live Under Offer CONFIDENTIAL SALE Purpose Built Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio, UK Off market deal comprising seven care homes providing personal care in over 400 beds in the north of England. Status: Deal completed in September 2015; represented a NIY of c.8% CONFIDENTIAL SALE Group Asset Sale 21 care homes sold out of administration on behalf of Quercus Healthcare Property Partnerships to Ashtonbrook Care and funded by Octopus Investments. Status: Staggered completion once businesses were taken out of administration; deal finalised in September 2015 Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio, UK The portfolio represents one of the largest healthcare investment opportunities to come to the market in recent years. Status: On-going

We are the retained consultants for the Charitable Trust Elizabeth Finn Care. We undertake strategic asset planning and delivery on their premium care home portfolio and multiple legacy real estate assets. HEALTHCARE REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO, UK Formal investment valuation of 160 healthcare properties providing over 10,000 beds, with a rent roll approaching 100m. HCP INC. We provide on-going strategic valuation advice, including land and building apportionment valuations for US and UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to HCP Inc. This has included their recent acquisition of 36 long term care homes (with over 2,000 beds) from HC-One. HCP Inc. is a US based REIT, being an S &P 500 company listed on the NYSE, investing primarily in real estate serving the healthcare industry. PARTNERSHIPS IN CARE (PIC) The team carried out the valuation of the Partnerships in Care (PiC) portfolio for its acquisition by Arcadia Healthcare Company Inc for approximately $660M. We now provide GAAP analysis valuation for tax calculation on all new acquisitions for PiC and their parent company Arcadia Healthcare. PiC is the leading independent sector provider of secure and rehabilitation mental healthcare in the UK. Acadia Healthcare is a provider of inpatient behavioural healthcare services and operates a network of 52 behavioural healthcare facilities with more than 4,300 licensed beds in 24 states in the US and Puerto Rico. TARGET HEALTHCARE REIT Fund valuers and strategic advisors for Target Healthcare REIT, a specialist investor in UK care homes and other healthcare assets. GENERAL HEALTHCARE GROUP / BMI We provide annual valuations and consultancy advice to the UK s largest hospital provider. Our work has included consultancy and strategic review in respect to the Competition and Market Authority, incorporating a review of the UK private hospital market and an assessment of operational and start-up costs. In addition we have also provided re-instatement valuations across the entire BMI hospital portfolio and have recently been instructed to provide annual inspections of part of the portfolio to assist with management reporting. ASPEN Consultancy and strategic valuation advice in relation to the disposal of Aspen s portfolio of eight hospitals which were sold in March 2015 to Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe for a cash consideration of $215 million ( 144 million). KENT INSTITUTE OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY (KIMS) We provided a financial feasibility study for valuation purposes, on behalf of Clydesdale Bank and a US Hedge Fund, who jointly funded the project. We were able to use our local and international hospital benchmarks to assess likely success of the hospital and trading outcomes. With the total project value in the region of 80 million, the new hospital provides excellent private and NHS healthcare facilities for its patients and is creating much needed jobs for the local community. Our role was instrumental in securing the funding, as well as providing consultancy support to the US hedge fund throughout the development. BLACKROCK AND GALWAY CLINICS (REPUBLIC OF IRELAND) Formal valuations for Partnerships purposes; a review of the Irish hospital market and competitive landscape. NUFFIELD Successful site acquisition and valuation advice on Nuffield s proposed new hospital in Manchester.
