I coordinated over 300 recruitment processes annually and had dozens of individuals enrolled in different kinds of outplacement services. Finnair Recruitment Services also provides internal advisory regarding talent management and talent mobility, and acts as the guardian vendor for all assessment, outplacement and psychometrics service providers. I was also taking care of university relations and cooperation with student organisations. I mainly worked with psychometric testing, assessment interviews and report writing. Project Director, Roverway 2012 / The Guides and Scouts of Finland ( May 2010 December 2012 I was the leading volunteer and Project Director responsible for large triennial European youth event, with 3000 participants, 300 volunteers and a project office with 2 full-time employees. The role included leading the project organization, cooperating with several international partner organizations, and carrying the overall responsibility for the financial and operational success of the event. The project was evaluated a success by both internal and external stakeholders.
