FIRST AID MEASURES 4.1 Description of first aid measures General Contact with skin Contact with eyes Ingestion Inhalation : When any doubt always seek medical attention. : Take off the contaminated clothes. Rinse the frostbitten parts of the body with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothes if possible, do not remove if they firmly adhere to the skin. Do not try to warm up the frostbitten parts of the body rapidly warm them up slowly. Cover with sterile dressing. Do not use ointments or powders. Warning: contaminated clothing can create a fire hazard. It should be moistened before taken off. It must be cleaned before next use. : Flush with a large amount of water (for minutes). Protect the non-irritated eye, remove contact lenses. In case of frostbites caused by the liquefied product, use sterile dressing. Seek medical advice. : Exposure by this hazard route is not expected. : Remove the affected person to fresh air. Keep warm and calm. If disturbing symptoms appear, seek medical advice. 4.2 Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed Contact with skin : Contact with the liquefied gas may cause frostbites. Contact with eyes : Contact with the liquefied gas may cause frostbites. Inhalation : Low concentrations of the gas cause tearing, coughing, narcotic effects; high concentrations of gas causes dizziness, nausea and vomiting, short breath, rapid heartbeat, dyspnoea and consciousness disorders, drowsiness. In concentrations >70% it causes an obvious fall in blood pressure, loss of consciousness, tremors, breathing abnormalities and death. 4.3 Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed Physician makes a decision regarding further medical treatment after thoroughly examination of the injured. SECTION 5. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES 5.1 Extinguishing media Suitable extinguishing media : CO₂, dry chemical, foam, sand. Small fire: Outdoors - leave the gas till it burns out. Indoors - extinguish with dry chemical or carbon-dioxide extinguisher.

3 Page: 3 of 8 Unsuitable extinguishing media Large fire: Isolate a source of gas with water spray. Cool down tanks and cylinders exposed to fire or high temperature with water at a safe distance (explosion hazard). Remove them from the fire area if it is possible. : Water jet - risk of propagation of the flame. 5.2 Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture Substances created from thermal degradation of the product will strongly depend on conditions causing decomposition. Following substances are expected: carbon dioxide, carbon oxide, unidentified organic and inorganic compounds. Do not inhale combustion products, they can be dangerous for human health. 5.3 Advice for fire fighters Extremely flammable. It forms explosive mixtures with air. Gas is heavier than air and can accumulate in the lower sections of enclosed spaces. It displaces oxygen from the air. Containers with aerosol, exposed to fire or excessive heating may explode. Remove them from the fire area, if it is possible. Cool down the containers with water spray. Personal protection typical in case of fire. Do not stay in the fire zone without self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing resistant to chemicals. SECTION 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES 6.1 Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures Limit the access for the outsiders into the breakdown area, until the suitable cleaning operations are completed. Ensure that removing the problem and its results is conducted by a trained personnel only. In case of large spills, isolate the exposed area. Gas can move over the ground on considerable distances. Eliminate all ignition sources from the surrounding areas and evacuate all persons from the adjacent areas. Shut off the gas supply / leak if it is possible without any risk. Do not enter to closed / strongly soiled areas without self-contained breathing apparatus. Ventilate the contaminated area well. Do not inhale the gas. Avoid skin and eyes contact. 6.2 Environmental precautions Prevent the product from entering the sewers (explosion hazard). Notify relevant emergency services. 6.3 Methods and material for containment and cleaning up Small spillage: left for evaporation. Do not use water to disperse the liquid phase. Large spillage: if possible, eliminate the leakage (close the gas flow, seal), try to disperse the gas using water mist or safety curtain. 6.4 Reference to other sections For personal protection - section 8. Disposal - section 13 SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE 7.1 Precautions for safe handling Work in according with good occupational health and safety rules. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Even after use, do not puncture or burn the container. Use in well-ventilated areas. Protect from sources of ignition do not smoke. The product may form explosive mixture with air. 7.2 Conditions for safe storage Store in dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from ignition sources. Avoid temperatures exceeding 50 C (122 F). Protect from direct sunlight. Do not store together with food, beverages and animal food. Do not smoke and do not use open fire and sparkling tools in the area of the warehouse. 7.3 Specific end use(s) There is no information available on uses other than those listed in Section 1.2.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during work. Wash hands thoroughly before breaks and after work. Ensure good ventilation. Avoid contact of the liquefied gas with skin and eyes. Hand protection: Use protective gloves with thermal isolation. The gloves must remain flexible at temperatures below the atmospheric boiling point of the gas. If immersed or in case of a prolonged contact with the product, more frequent replacement of the gloves may be required. The material of the gloves must be impermeable and resistant to the product. The material should be selected taking the following factors into account: breakdown time, penetration rate, degradation. Moreover, the selection of proper gloves depends not only on the material, but also on other quality features, and it varies depending on the manufacturer. The information concerning the exact breakdown time should be obtained from the manufacturer and strictly observed. Eye protection: Use protective google if there is a risk of eye contamination by the product. Respiratory protection: Not required under normal conditions. In case of exposure to high concentrations of the gas or in emergency situations, use respiratory protection (mask with an AX absorber). If oxygen concentration is 17% and/or maximum gas concentration in air is 1.0% by vol., use a self-contained apparatus. Body protection: If there is a possibility of the liquefied gas splashes, wear long-sleeved protective clothing made of cotton (100%) or other natural material. The personal protection measures used must fulfil the requirements of the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy dated (Journal of Laws No. 259, item 2173) and the 89/686/EC Directive (as amended). The employer is obliged to provide their personnel with protection measures adequate to the works carried out and meeting all quality requirements, including maintenance and cleaning. Monitoring procedures of hazardous components in air and control procedures for air purity at the workplace are to be implemented if available and justified in the given workstation, according to the Polish Standards or European Standards, taking into account the conditions in the place of exposure and proper measurement methodology adapted to the working conditions. The mode, type and frequency of the tests and measurements included in the Ordinance of the Minister of Health dated (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 166). Environmental exposure controls Prevent the product from entering the sewers. 6 Page: 6 of 8 Symptoms connected with physical, chemical and toxicological properties High concentrations of gas may cause nausea, headaches and dizziness, leading in the extreme cases to loss of consciousness and death in case of lack of oxygen in the environment. The tissues with high oxygen demand are most sensitive to hypoxia: central nervous system, heart, parenchymal organs. Symptoms of hypoxia are: initially shortness of breath and fatigue, headache, dizziness, disturbances of consciousness, coordination disorder, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting. The exposed people often lose orientation, they are unable to leave the breakdown area without help.
