Humidity control Excessive humidity promotes the growth of moulds. On the other hand, an atmosphere that is too dry can adversely affect the tightness of corks.the ideal humidity is between 60% and 80%, varying according to the ambient temperature. WineMaster operates in a way that enables excessive moisture to be condensed and removed from the cellar. This is because the temperature of the evaporator (cold side) is adjusted to prevent excessive drying of the air and to keep the humidity at the desired level.
