The Ultimate Facebook Marketing Cheat Sheet Data from Hubspot.com Facebook's social network domination may frequently get challenged by emerging social media platforms like Google+, but the facts remain. With more than 750 million members in its user base, it's still the most popular social network around. And yes, businesses are beginning to understand its potential to help them achieve their marketing goals. In fact, 41% of B2B companies and 62% of B2C companies using Facebook have acquired a customer from it. That said, learning all the nuances of various social networks can be a tricky and timeconsuming feat. To help you stay ahead of the curve, we've put together a handy cheat sheet that businesses and marketers can use to make the most of Facebook. 30 Tips and Tricks for Mastering Facebook Marketing 1. Create a Business Page, Not a Profile: First things first. To maximize Facebook's business potential, you need to create a Business Page, not a Personal Profile, to represent your brand. Setting up a Page is simple. Just visit and follow the step-by-step setup instructions. (Already created a Profile for your business? Facebook now allows you to easily convert it into a business Page.) 2. Claim Your Page's Vanity URL: Once you've created your business Page, make it more shareable and easier to find by creating a more recognizable vanity URL (e.g. at

3. Auto-Publish Blog Content: Start populating your Page's wall with content! If you maintain a business blog, you can connect your blog to auto-post links to new blog content you publish. Many blogging platforms like WordPress and HubSpot automatically offer this feature within its software; you'll just need to turn it on and sync it with your Page. (Warning: Don't put too much emphasis on automation. It's okay to auto-publish some content, but make sure a real human is posting and engaging with your fans, too.) 4. Make Sure Meta Descriptions of Blog Posts Are Complete: Have you noticed that when you post a link to Facebook, it pulls in a brief description as well as a photo? The description gets pulled from the page's meta description, so make sure any blog content you publish has a complete and enticing meta description to optimize its presence if it gets shared on Facebook. 5. Create Custom Page Tabs: Some of Facebook's fairly recent updates significantly reduced the amount of clutter users can add to their Pages. That said, you can still create custom tabs. Think of these like landing pages within your Facebook Page. Learn how to create custom tabs here. 6. Create a Welcome App: Consider using custom tabs to create a 'welcome' page. Use this page to welcome new visitors to your Page and encourage them to 'Like' you so they can see your posts in their news feed. Set the page as your 'Default Landing Tab' (you can do this when you're editing your page under 'Manage Permissions') so it's the first page visitors land on when they visit your Page. This will help you generate new fans! (Note: With HubSpot, you can take this one step further by installing HubSpot's Welcome App, which also presents visitors with a form that can convert them into leads...right within Facebook!) 7. Use Facebook Insights: Facebook Insights is an analytics tool right within Facebook that helps you measure and analyze your Facebook presence. The tool provides Facebook Page administrators with analytics data about Page visits and engagement and can help you understand what content is and isn't engaging to your fans. Access your Page's Insights at 8. Tag Other Users and Business Pages: Although you used to only be able to tag other users on Facebook, you can now tag other Pages, too. Make your Page more engaging and interactive by enabling others to post content on your wall. Enabling this feature will also automatically publish posts to your Page's wall that are from other users who have tagged your Page in their posts. To enable this, check off "Users can write or post content on the wall" in 'Manage Permissions.' 9. Connect Your YouTube Channel: Does your company have its own YouTube channel? Add the YouTube

App to your Facebook Page so your fans can view your YouTube videos directly within Facebook. 10. Add the SlideShare App: Similar to the YouTube App, you can also add a SlideShare tab to your Page that will also pull in your SlideShare presentations. 11. Connect Your Flickr Account: While you're at it, why not pull in your Flickr photos with the Flickr App, too? 12. Add a 'Dislike' Button to Your Status Update: Ever wanted to 'dislike' a status update on Facebook? Now you can enable other users to 'dislike' (or perform another action) for your own posts. Just install the Status Magic App and post an update through the app. (Note: This only works for personal status updates, not Page updates.) 13. Use Links & Calls-to-Action to Generate Leads: Start generating leads from Facebook! Optimize your Page for lead generation by posting links to landing pages for content behind forms, and add calls-to-action (CTAs) to your custom iframe tabs on your Page. [Bonus! Research suggests that links shared on Facebook have a high impact on SERP (search engine results page) rankings.] 14. Use Questions/Polls for Fan Feedback: In the status update bar on your Page, you have the option of posting a question or a poll (click on 'Add Poll Options'). Use this to ask your fans for feedback about your products/services or the content you post to your wall. The possibilities are endless, and it's a great way to engage your fans and increase participation on your Page. 15. Customize Who Can View Your Posts: Facebook's response to Google+'s Circles feature was a new feature that enables users to customize who can see their Facebook posts. For your Facebook Page, this means you can now limit posts to only display to fans in a certain location or language. 16. Schedule Posts in Advance: Using a third-party Facebook application like HootSuite, you can schedule Facebook posts in advance. However, just as we advised against too much Facebook automation with blog auto-posting, the same holds true for scheduling. Don't get caught in the trap of turning your Page into a robot, and make sure you're actively engaging with your fans, too. 17. Understand the Impact of EdgeRank: EdgeRank is Facebook's algorithm for deciding what gets shown in a user's news feed. It's important to understand that not every post published to your Page's wall will be visible to every one of your fans. A post's engagement level factors into your content s ability to spread across Facebook. Interactions with a post such as a Like, share, comment, tag, etc., create what Facebook calls an edge. The more edges an object has, the more likely it will be displayed in a user s News Feed. This means it's important to post engaging content so your fans are more inclined to interact with it, thus increasing its reach. 18. Add Facebook Social Plugins to Your Blog/Website: Promote your business' Facebook presence and help your content spread on Facebook by adding Facebook Social Plugins to your website and/or blog. This will encourage visitors to your site to also interact with you

and become your fan on Facebook as well as spread your content and expand its reach. Social Plugins include 'Like' buttons, 'Share' buttons, and more. 19. Subscribe to Facebook's Official Blog for New Feature Announcements: Give yourself a competitive edge. Stay on top of the latest announcements from Facebook such as new features and tools by subscribing to the official Facebook Blog. 20. Monitor Activity on Your Business Page: Don't neglect your Facebook presence. Use social media monitoring software or a third party app like HootSuite to monitor activity and regularly participate in your Facebook Page. A Page that is engaging and updated regularly will be much more successful than a static one. 21. Switch Your Posting Identity Between a Personal Profile and a Page: As a Page administrator, within your Page's settings you can choose to always post to your Page with that Page's identity (i.e. If I post to HubSpot's Page when I'm using Facebook as my personal profile, it will show as posted from 'HubSpot.'). Furthermore, if you want to use your Page's identity in general, you can switch that as well. Doing so will enable you to receive notifications about activity on your Page, see stories from the Pages you Like in your news feed, and interact with other Pages as your page. Just click on 'Account,' then choose 'Use Facebook as Page.' 22. Experiment With Facebook's Ad Platform: Test the effectiveness of Facebook's advertising platform for your business. Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started. 23. Generate Status Stats: Status Statistics (although it can only be used for your personal identity, not your Page's) is a fun app that enables you to see how often you update your Facebook status, which words you use most frequently, and which of your status updates are most popular. Use it to get a quick snapshot of what you post most frequently about on Facebook. Talking too much about yourself? It might be time to tone it down a bit. 25. Search for Old Status Updates: Need to access an old Facebook post? The website Social Searching enables you to connect with Facebook and search through your (or your friends') old status updates so you can easily find what you're looking for. 26. Use Group Chat for collaboration: Facebook recently introduced Group Chat into its mix of features. In the Facebook chat pane, click on a user you want to chat with. Then click on the icon between the video icon (oh yeah -- you can do a 1 on 1 video chat, too!) and the

'x' icon, and choose 'Add Friends to Chat.' Think of it as a chat room that can enable you to collaborate with teammates or conduct a small, live focus group with prospects or customers. 27. Integrate Facebook with Google+: Download the Google+Facebook extension (currently available for Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox) to add an extra tab to your Google+ account, which accesses your Facebook news feed. The tab also enables you to Like, comment, or post status updates to Facebook from your Google+ account. 28. Take Advantage of Facebook Keyboard Shortcuts: Use Facebook at the speed of light with Facebook keyword shortcuts for Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. Access Facebook's keyword shortcuts here. 29. Launch Contests: Contests can be a great way to increase engagement and attract new fans for your Page. Be aware of Facebook's contest/promotion guidelines, and consider using an application like Wildfire, which works closely with Facebook to make sure its guidelines are followed appropriately. 30. Add More Page Administrators, Engage, and Be Social: As we mentioned before, although there are a lot of tools available to help you maximize the effectiveness of your Facebook presence, remember that social networks are based on the concept of being social. Make sure there is a member of your team devoted to managing your business' Facebook presence and that they're committed to participating using a real, live human voice. You can also add more than one administrator for your Page when you're editing your Page under 'Manage Admins' to help you split the responsibility among team members. 6 The Ultimate Cheat Sheet for Expert Twitter Marketing Data from Hubspot.com With 200 million members, Twitter is one of the most popular social networks out there. But are you taking advantage of everything it has to offer for marketing? Used effectively, Twitter can help you promote your content, provide helpful customer service, generate leads and customers, and much more. In fact, companies that use Twitter generate 2x more leads than those that don't, and 42% of companies that use Twitter for marketing have acquired a customer through it. To help ensure you're not missing out on any of Twitter's great marketing benefits, we've pulled together this ultimate cheat sheet to help turn you into a Twitter marketing expert. 35 Tips & Tricks for Getting the Most From Twitter 1. Choose a simple username. Whether you're creating a company account or a personal account, make sure your username is professional, and do your best to avoid numbers and underscores in your username. Also, try to keep it brief. Users only have 140 characters to use per Twitter update, and long usernames will only use up extra characters in their tweet if they're including you in For personal accounts, try a variation of your real name, and for company accounts, stick with your company name 2. Optimize your Twitter profile. Besides what you say in your tweets, you don't have much space to tell potential followers who you are and why they should follow you. Make sure your Twitter profile is optimized with an enticing description (use keywords to help people find you), a professional-looking photo (for company accounts, use your logo!, and a URL (use your company website, blog, or link to a unique landing page you create specifically for people who find you through Twitter).

3. Create a custom Twitter background. Make yourself stand out by creating a custom Twitter background, which also gives you the opportunity to expand upon the information you can provide in your profile. Profile backgrounds are the largest piece of visual real estate you have to share with other users on Twitter. Consider creating custom templates for your company that your employees can use for their personal Twitter accounts as well. Themeleon offers custom themes, or you can have a designer create your own from scratch. 4. Promote your Twitter presence on your website/blog. Once you have a Twitter presence, promote it! Install the official Twitter Follow Button on your website and/or blog to enable site visitors to follow you on Twitter with just one click. 5. Avoid creating multiple company Twitter accounts. Don't make more work for yourself by creating more than one company Twitter account to manage. Instead, consolidate your presence into one account, and allow multiple contributors to manage the account if you want representatives from multiple departments involved. Doing this will eliminate the social media time-suck of maintaining multiple accounts, help you attract more followers, and centralize your web presence. 6. Use third-party services to monitor, manage, and collaborate. If you do have multiple contributors for one account, it'll be helpful to use a third-party application like CoTweet or HootSuite to help you manage everything. The last thing you want is multiple people tweeting the same content or duplicating efforts. These tools are also great for monitoring Twitter and responding to tweets. 7. Add Twitter sharing buttons to your content. Encourage others to easily share your content on Twitter by adding Tweet Buttons to your blog, individual blog articles, landing pages, and any other content you create. This is such a

simple piece of low-hanging fruit, and it will incrementally affect the reach of your content. (Research shows that companies that added a Twitter sharing button increased Twitter mentions sevenfold.) 8. Connect your blog to Twitter. If you maintain a business blog, save yourself a step in promoting your content by using HubSpot's integration or Twitterfeed to link your blog to your Twitter account. Whenever you publish a post, it will automatically get tweeted to your followers. 9. Schedule tweets in advance. Have an ongoing promotion in progress? Those same thirdparty Twitter applications you're using for collaboration and Twitter management (e.g. CoTweet and HootSuite) can also be used to schedule tweets ahead of time. If you have a month-long promotion, save yourself from remembering to tweet about it daily by scheduling tweets in advance. Just be sure you're monitoring and engaging with responses you get from the tweets you've scheduled. (Warning: Don't go overboard with automation in social media. Some automation is okay, but it's important to interact and provide a human voice as well. Don't be a Twitter robot.) 10. Optimize your tweets with keywords. Because tweets are publicly available, anyone can search for them. Use the opportunity to optimize your tweets with relevant keywords for your business to increase your chances of getting found via your tweets! 11. Motivate your employees to tweet on your company's behalf. If your employees are on Twitter, empower them to expand your company's Twitter reach. Each employee likely has his or her own reach beyond your company's, so use it to their advantage by encouraging them to share your company's content and messages. 12. Arm employees with "lazy tweets" for big promo pushes. Furthermore, if you're doing a big push for a marketing campaign or promotion, send your employees "lazy tweets," or pre-created tweets about the promotion, and ask them to tweet. This makes it easy for them to tweet, increasing the chances they'll actually help out with your promotion. 13. Build your following and expand your reach. If you're spending time tweeting but have few followers, your efforts aren't going to make much of an impact. Spend time building your following and expanding your reach to get the most out of Twitter. Start following people, thought leaders, and bloggers in your industry, and provide valuable tweets along the way to entice them to follow you back. 14. Engage with followers. Once you start generating followers, engage with them! It's not enough to use your Twitter account as a way to blast out content and information. Twitter is social, meaning it needs to be used as a form of two-way communication. and direct messages to respond to your followers' tweets, be interactive, and retweet others' tweets that your followers might find valuable, too. 15. Provide good customer service/support. Twitter is a great tool for providing customer service. If you're using a third-party Twitter app to manage multiple contributors, make sure someone on your support team is one of them, and assign customer support-related tweets to them. This will show your customers you care about helping them and making them successful.

16. Use Twitter for sales. Marketing isn't the only department that can use Twitter to its advantage. Encourage your sales team to leverage it, too. There are a number of ways Sales can use Twitter: to research companies, stay abreast of industry news, determine appropriate times to contact leads, gather feedback, and stay connected with customers if they change jobs. 17. Build relationships with journalists and reporters. Twitter can serve as a great tool for media relations. Use free tools like Tweet Grader, Muck Rack, and JournalistTweets to find journalists on Twitter who cover beats related to your industry, follow them, and start tweeting and building relationships with them. This will ensure you're top-of-mind when they're looking for a source for a story and you happen to be a good fit. 18. Discover who is tweeting your content. Use the free tool WhoTweetedMe to gather insight about how much your content is getting shared on Twitter, and by whom. Use the information you collect to understand what types of content spread on Twitter and to identify the influencers who are sharing your content. Consider thanking those influencers for sharing it, and use it as a way to build relationships with key people in your industry. 19. Find out when is the best time for you to tweet. Want to understand when your tweets have the most impact? Use the free tool TweetWhen for recommendations about the best times to tweet. 20. Search Twitter like a pro. Trying to find something on Twitter? Whether it be a specific tweet, another user, or a bunch of tweets on a particular topic, use Twitter search operators to become a Twitter search ninja. 21. Generate content ideas. Suffering from blogger's block? Use Twitter to generate ideas for blog posts and other content. Pay attention to the questions your followers ask, and see if you can answer them in a blog post or a string of blog posts. You can even ask your followers directly if there is a certain topic they want to learn more about. 22. Gather feedback about your products/service. In social media, people love to share their opinions. Use Twitter to ask for and collect feedback about your products or services. Then share it with your product team.

23. Conduct a mini focus group. Similarly, if you have an industry-related question for which you could use some quick responses, use Twitter to crowdsource. Then compile the feedback into a blog post. 24. Share others' content. Don't make it all about you. Sprinkle links to content from other industry thought leaders into your Twitter stream. As a bonus, doing so might even encourage them to reciprocate and retweet your content, too! 25. Try adding "Please ReTweet" to your tweets to maximize retweets. Sometimes people just need a reminder to share your content. Research shows that that users who add "Please ReTweet" generate 4x more retweets that those who don't. Experiment with it on your own account, and see if it works to expand the reach of your content. 26. Create and follow Twitter lists in your industry. Create a Twitter list for your industry or your company, share the lists you create with your followers, and follow other Twitter lists you find valuable. Creating a list can help solidify your thought leadership and emphasize your company's transparency. 27. Take advantage of hashtags, especially for event marketing. Create and promote hashtags for marketing campaigns or events you're hosting. Creating hashtags for events is a great way for people to interact during live conferences, enable those not in attendance to follow the conversation and participate in the discussion, and generate buzz for both online and offline events. 28. Join Twitter chats. Twitter chats are organized discussions about industry- and businessrelated topics with peers on Twitter. They're usually organized around a specific hashtag. Participate in Twitter chats as a way to interact and build relationships with other thought leaders in your industry. (Find some great B2B Twitter chats to follow here.) 29. Analyze your Twitter presence. Use the free tool Tweet Grader to analyze your Twitter influence. The tool allows you to check the power of your Twitter profile compared to millions of other users that have been graded, providing you with a grade and rank based on your tweet frequency, followers, and following. 30. Use Twitter for lead generation. Yes -- you can generate leads from Twitter. There are a number of ways you can generate Twitter leads, including tweeting links to landing pages with lead capture forms, and doing some of the things we already mentioned above like creating a dedicated Twitter landing page, participating in Twitter chats, connecting your blog to Twitter, and monitoring industry terms with Twitter search. 31. Stay up-to-speed on Twitter announcements. Stay on top of the latest and greatest announcements and new features from Twitter by subscribing to the official Twitter Blog.

32. Use Twitter Favorites to save customer testimonials or follower praise. Twitter's Favorites feature is a great way to bookmark others' tweets that you want to access later. A neat little trick is to also use it to bookmark customer testimonials or praise from your followers about your content, products, or services. Share your Favorites link with potential customers looking for references. (Bonus: add the testimonials from your Twitter Favorites to the testimonials page on your website.) 33. Experiment with Promoted Tweets. Promoted Tweets is Twitter's paid advertising platform. You can use Promoted Tweets to target certain keywords, target your followers at the right time, target people who are like your followers, leverage geo-targeting, promote offers, and test content and messaging. Experiment with it to see if it's helpful in complementing your organic Twitter marketing efforts. 34. Use Twitter Web Analytics. Twitter recently announced it will be rolling out its new Twitter Web Analytics tool to users. Although it's currently only being beta tested to specific Twitter partners, the tool will show you how much of your website content is being shared on Twitter, how much web traffic Twitter generates for your website, and how effective your Tweet Button integration is. Keep an eye out for its public launch, and use it to help you analyze how your Twitter presence is performing. 35. Track traffic, leads, and customers from Twitter. What's even more important than the data Twitter's new Web Analytics tool can provide is data on how well Twitter is generating leads and customers for you. After all, in the world of marketing, if your engagement on Twitter isn't translating into sales, how important is it to your overall marketing strategy? Find a platform or software that can track these metrics, and monitor how effective your Twitter presence is in delivering a return on investment. If you find that the time and effort you're putting into it isn't generating worthwhile results, it might be time to alter your strategy. 12 With more than 100 million users, LinkedIn is the most popular social network for professionals as well as one of the top social networks overall. Are you using it to its fullest potential? While Facebook, Twitter, and now Google+ have been generating the most buzz lately in the social media world, LinkedIn is a powerful platform that often gets underutilized or put on the back burner. The truth is, LinkedIn can be extremely useful -- especially when you're aware of all the little hidden tricks that don't get nearly enough exposure as they deserve. To help you master LinkedIn, below is our ultimate list of 21 awesome tricks you've likely overlooked. 21 Hidden LinkedIn Tricks 1. Claim your vanity URL. Make your profile look more professional and easier to share by claiming your LinkedIn vanity URL. Instead of a URL with a million confusing numbers at the end, it will look nice and clean like this: Do so by going here and clicking "customize your public profile URL" down on the right-hand side. 2. Make your blog/website links sexier. Instead of using the default "My Website"-type anchor text links in your LinkedIn profile, you can change the anchor text to make those links more appealing to people who view your profile. So if you want to increase clicks on the website links you can display on your profile, change the link's anchor text to something more attention-grabbing than the standard options LinkedIn provides. For example, if you want to include a link to your blog, rather than choosing LinkedIn's standard "Blog" anchor text, customize it to include keywords that indicate what your blog is about, like "Internet Marketing Blog." Each profile can display up to 3 website links like this, and they can be customized by editing your profile, clicking edit on your website links, and selecting "Other" in the drop-down menu to customize the anchor text. 3. Search engine optimize your profile. You can also optimize your profile to get found by people searching LinkedIn for key terms with which you want to be associated. Add these keywords to various sections of your profile such as your headline or summary. 4. Take advantage of "Saved Searches." LinkedIn allows users to create up to 3 saved searches. After conducting a search, clicking the Save This Search option allows you to

save a search and easily run it again later. You can also choose to receive weekly or monthly reminders via once new members in the network match your saved search criteria. Just click on the Saved Searches tab on the Advanced Search options page and select one of your saved searches to run again. 5. Track company buzz. Company Buzz is a helpful application that allows you to track what people are saying about your company and related topics on Twitter. Just install the application and customize your topics to view tweets, trends, and top keywords. 6. Use applications. Speaking of Company Buzz, have you looked through the other applications available to you on LinkedIn? Browse the Application Directory, and consider adding the SlideShare application or linking your blog to showcase your presentations and blog articles on your profile. The Events application is also a great way to see what events your connections are attending and find other popular industry events to attend. 7. Use OpenLink to send messages to people to whom you're not connected. LinkedIn only allows you to send messages to people with which you share a first degree connection, but did you know some people let you send them messages anyway, even if you're not connected? The ability to be part of the OpenLink network is only available to premium account holders, but it allows them to be available for messaging by any other LinkedIn member if they choose to be. OpenLink members will appear with an icon that looks like a small ring of dots next to their name in search results and on their profile. 8. Check in on "Network Updates." Found on your LinkedIn homepage, Network Updates are kind of like your Facebook news feed. Check these periodically for a quick snapshot of what your connections are up to and sharing. 9. Be identifiable. Find out who's checking out your profile by allowing others to see who you are if you view theirs. When you click the information under "Who's Viewed My Profile" on your profile page, you'll be able to view users who have looked at your profile, stats on your profile's number of views, and its appearances in search recently. To change this, go into your settings and click "See what others see when you've viewed their profile." 10. Export connections. Want to transfer your LinkedIn connections to another contact management system? LinkedIn enables you to easily export your connections. Just click on "Contacts," "My Connections," and then scroll down and click "Export Connections." You have the option of either exporting as a.csv or.vcf file. 11. Easily find contacts on LinkedIn. Speaking of connections, the LinkedIn Companion for Firefox is a great plugin that helps you identify the LinkedIn profiles of people who are ing you. It also enables you to easily access other LinkedIn features via your browser. 12. Leverage the power of LinkedIn Groups. Did you know that if you're a member of the same group as another user, you can bypass the need to be a first degree connection in order to message them? In addition, group members are also able to view the profiles of other members of the same group without being connected. Join more groups to enable more messaging and profile viewership capabilities.

13. Take advantage of advanced search options. LinkedIn's Advanced Search feature provides a much richer search experience. For example, say you want to find out if you're connected to anyone that works at a specific company. Type the company name in the company field in Advanced Search, then sort the results by "Relationship" to see if you have any first or second degree connections to any employees. 14. Link your Twitter account to LinkedIn. Share your LinkedIn status updates on Twitter, and vice versa. Learn how to connect your Twitter account here. 15. This enables you to create a new entry that features your video (or you can add a video to any existing product/service pages you've set up previously). Currently, LinkedIn only supports videos that have been uploaded to YouTube. 17. Rearrange your profile. LinkedIn enables users to reorder the sections of their profile in any way they prefer. When in edit mode on your profile, simply hover your mouse over the title of each section. Your mouse will turn into a four-arrowed icon, at which point you can click then drag and drop to another position on your profile. 18. Extend the life of your questions. After a period of time, the opportunity closes for users to answer questions that are posed in the Answers feature of LinkedIn. To extend the life of the questions you ask and enable more time for users to provide answers, click on the "My Q&A" tab within Answers, click on the question you'd like to revive, and click "re-open this question to answers," which will open it up again for 7 more days. 19. Share questions or your answers to others' questions. Besides the ability to ask questions, LinkedIn Answers also offers a great opportunity for users to share their expertise and thought leadership as well as link to content they've created that helps to answer others' questions. Have you provided a helpful answer to another's question lately? When you're on the question's page, click "Share This" beneath the question. You then have the option to share the question via LinkedIn message with up to 200 of your connections, bookmark it on Delicious, or grab the permalink to share in other ways. 20. Use LinkedIn Today to keep track of industry news. LinkedIn Today is an awesome feature that provides you with the most popular stories that are shared on LinkedIn. Use it to stay on top of news occurring about marketing, the internet, computer software, etc. You can also sign up for summary notifications of LinkedIn Today news. 21.
