Wife works in business. Couple divorces. Our Role Situation analysis, prepare and assess variations, choose variations, handle negotiations and execute agreements, implementation. Today the former wife manages the business as a corporation. Challenges Marital property system disputes (mediation), tax rulings, financing. Definition of processes, filling out all social welfare benefit declarations, preparation of salary tax statement, etc. Challenges Cost efficient salary statements, integration of data into the bookkeeping system of the client. Bookkeeping & Controlling Management of financial bookkeeping Starting Situation Foreign company group establishes a sales company in Switzerland. Our Role Establishment of business structure, management of bookkeeping, monthly reporting to the group, preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss CAP FER and IFRS. KENDRIS Accounting & Outsourcing Services Who is Who Director Dieter Knapp Director Head AOS T F d.knapp@kendris.com «As Head of the Area Accounting & Outsourcing Services, I ensure an efficient flow of all inquiries and projects.» Dieter Knapp is a licensed real estate agent and certified controller FH. He was employed from November 1990 until December 2008 by KPMG in an executive position. Since January 2009 he has headed the Area Accounting & Outsourcing Services at KENDRIS. Dieter Knapp has around 30 years fiduciary experience and broad know-how as a comprehensive advisor of small and mid-sized businesses. He has detailed knowledge in transactions of small and midsized companies as well as real estate. He assists clients in Change Management Processes and is active as Coach in structuring of businesses and successor planning. Accounting & Outsourcing

At the present time he is training while working for his MAS FH in Fiduciary and Business Consulting. From January 2000 until December 2008 he was employed by KPMG, 5 years of which in tax consulting. Since January 2009 he is employed by KENDRIS. He has distinguished himself as comprehensive advisor of small and mid-sized businesses. In addition he has specialized as temporarily available financial specialist. He also has special IT knowledge e.g. ABACUS, SAP, Sesam, JD Edwards. Andreas Grossenbacher Senior Manager T F a.grossenbacher@kendris.com «As support for staff, I examine technical questions and special cases for you.» Andreas Grossenbacher is a licensed economist HF. At the present time he is training while working for his MAS FH in Fiduciary and Business Consulting. He was a member of the fiduciary team of KPMG in Zurich from September 2000 until September Since the fall of 2009 he is employed by KENDRIS. As part of his main duties is the implementation of complex accounting solutions. In addition he has specialized in all expatriate issues. Accounting & Outsourcing

She was a member of the fiduciary team of KPMG from April 2000 until December Since January 2009 she is employed by KENDRIS. She is specialized in the area Outsourcing of Payroll Administration for national and international clients. A comprehensive knowledge of withholding taxes allows her to quickly clarify and implement situations. Cornelia Kyburz Manager T F c.kyburz@kendris.com «I handle special mandates in the area of Accounting which allows me to coordinate my roles as mother and specialist.» Cornelia Kyburz is a certified public accountant. She was a member of the fiduciary team of KPMG from July 2000 until April Since May 2009 she is employed KENDRIS. She was a member of the fiduciary team of KPMG from August 2005 until December Since January 2009 she is employed KENDRIS. She already has broad experience in accounting matters in the areas of Payroll Administration and Financial Bookkeeping for national and international clients. Désirée Stevanin Manager T F d.stevanin@kendris.com «I already have many years of experience in the fiduciary field and am a specialist in bookkeeping matters.» Désirée Stevanin is a specialist in financial and accounting issues. She was a member of the fiduciary team of KPMG from September 2008 until December Since January 2009 she is employed KENDRIS. She has broad experience in accounting matters in the Outsourcing of Payroll Administration and Financial Bookkeeping for national and international clients. In addition she is responsible for the department administration. Jeanine Hofer Consultant T F j.hofer@kendris.com «I ensure that the important tasks and items in the area Accounting and Financial Bookkeeping are finished on time.» Jeanine Hofer commenced her work at KENDRIS as per October 1, She successfully completed her commercial training in an accounting office in Solothurn. Afterwards she improved her language skills with a stay in Australia. She passed the FIRST Certificate in English and already has good knowledge in the area Accounting and Financial Bookkeeping.
