1 FY09 Compact Planning Process Notes: Please submit any comments or questions to the Compact Planning Feedback Form. Phase I: Conduct Compact Planning Sessions 1 18 meetings were conducted with faculty, staff, and students in September and October, ~ 175 individuals participated. 3 Over 200 comments were received. Phase II: Analysis of Session Feedback Comments were grouped by topic. Over 130 topic areas were identified. Topic summary information was published on the Compact Planning Website. Phase III: Consolidate Requests into Possible Project List 1 'Compact Planning Request for FY10 and Beyond' were published on the Compact Planning Website.
