The balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled training date. Cancellation policy: Cancellation 30 days or more in advance entitles you to a 50% deposit refund Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days in advance. Certification: At the end of your training, you will receive a current dated and signed certificate which should be displayed prominently in your office. Certification will expire one year from date of issue unless renewed.
