25 Trustee Election Neutrality Policy IUAA employees and recognized alumni groups when acting officially on behalf of the IU Alumni Association must maintain neutrality among the candidates in all of their communications.

26 Governance and Leadership Board of Managers 14-person governing board of alumni volunteers nominated and elected by dues-paying members. Executive Council 72-person advisory board of alumni volunteers nominated and elected by dues-paying members. CEO Chief Executive Officer of the organization reporting to the IU President (strategic direction and counsel to President) and President of the Indiana University Foundation (operational matters). Executive Resource Team Ten-person management committee of senior executive staff appointed by CEO.
