He capitalizes this unique position and facilitates a wholesome workshop experience through a hands-on and practical delivery using industry best practices examples and case studies while drawing from sound management theories and thoughts Adam has more than 16 years of work experience in the private and public sector. As an experience and professional HRM/HRD practitioner, he ahs been involved in the full spectrum of the Human Resource activities including policy formulation, talent management, recruitment and responsible for the organization s HRD and Leadership functions. Adam was involved in the validation in part of the Singapore WDS s National Tourism and Food & Beverage Workforces Skills Qualifications System (WSQ). Adam was recognized by the Singapore Ministry of Education to lecture in the University of London Degree program in subjects like Human Resource Management, Management in International Comparative, Marketing etc. He also lectures in the faculty accredited by Assc. Of Collegiate Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP) in modules like Organisation Behaviour, Marketing, Management, Communications and Office Management. He is also an Assc.
