3 Erich Bachmann is the Managing Partner at Hesketh Henry in Auckland and Head of the firm s Business and Tax Division which includes the Advertising and Competition Practice Group comprising lawyers with specific expertise in advertising and marketing compliance, sales promotions and competitions, financial product offerings, competition law, e-commerce, & intellectual property. Peter earned his law degree from University of Zurich in 1984 and has an LLM in international business law from the same university since Peter LeGuay is a principal in the Sydney-based firm Cowley Hearne and currently heads its Intellectual Property and Information Technology Practice Group. Soren was admitted as an attorney at Law in Hamburg (1st instance and Court of Appeal), Germany; authorized to represent at all District Courts of Appeal in Germany as well as the Federal Patent Court. Valdir Rocha is an Intellectual Property and Advertising Law Partner at Veirano Advogados, based in Rio de Janeiro. He has 26 years of experience in counseling multinational corporations in his areas of expertise and is also involved with litigation in several States of Brazil.
