5 SCHEDULE - MEMBER MARKETING By signing this Schedule Member authorises AFG to undertake marketing activities to Member s clients and Member agrees to : 1. AFG may request any consent or authorisation consistent with prudent practice or required law, a regulatory body, or a self regulatory body, in relation to a Selected Marketing Campaign. AFG may obtain such consent eir directly or indirectly (including from Members clients). 8. AFG may record and action any request from (or on behalf ) a Member s client not to receive marketing material or be contacted in relation to marketing campaigns. AFG is under no obligation to include any client in a Selected Marketing Campaign. 9. The Member must not become involved (except as authorised AFG) in any dispute or complaint relating to a marketing campaign. Where dispute or complaint relates to Member or ir client, Member must co-oate with AFG to best its ability in order to assist AFG or as AFG requests or directs. 10. If Member holds a Finance Brokers Licence in Western Australia, Member must provide AFG with its Finance Brokers Licence (WA) number for inclusion in marketing material. 11. The Member will pay applicable fees and costs relating to any Selected Marketing Campaign. Such fees and costs may be deducted AFG from Corresponding Commission or from any monies owed AFG to Member. 12.
