Growing Craig Technologies from one person in 1999 to nearly 400 associates and $42M in revenues today, Craig leads nationwide operations with employees in over 20 different states with offices in Huntsville, AL and Orlando, FL. As CEO, Carol oversees corporate operations to ensure quality service-delivery for her commercial and government customers, offering high-end custom engineering and technical support services. In January of 2013, she opened the 160,000 sq ft Craig Technologies Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Center and currently provides end-to-end solutions for prototype development and production of precision manufacturing orders with precision machining and fabrication, avionics laboratory services, specialty manufacturing, and test and evaluation capabilities. Craig s military experience includes active duty as a P-3C Orion Naval Flight Officer, specializing in Anti-Surface and Sub-Surface Warfare. She holds a BA in Computer Science from Knox College, a BS in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Ms. Craig is pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering at Florida Tech in Melbourne, FL. In 2010, 2011 and 2012, Craig was recognized as a Finalist in the Technology category for the Florida region for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the world s most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. Carol serves on the Dean s Advisory Board for University of Central Florida s College of Engineering, and serves on the University of Central Florida Foundation Board of Directors and Development Committee. Carol and her husband, CAPT John W. Craig, USN, a former F/A-18 pilot who now flies for JetBlue Airways and is a Navy Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer (NEPLO), have two children. In response to her son s diagnosis with Prader-Willi Syndrome in 2001, Carol is Founder of the Danny Craig Foundation, aiming to raise and administer funds for multiple organizations that focus on researching children s medical disorders.

Previously, Orrett co-founded Starter Studio, an Orlando-based startup accelerator, and was an analyst at Arsenal Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm. As an Organizer and Global Facilitator for Up Global and Startup Weekend, Orrett works to foster entrepreneurial ecosystems throughout the country, and has helped hundreds of people launch their business ideas. He also has experience building and launching critically acclaimed games for a range of platforms from Mobile to Social Networks to PC to traditional console gaming platforms. 4 BIOGRAPHY Allen Johnson Executive Director, Orlando Venues City of Orlando 600 West Amelia Street Orlando, FL Phone: Since September 2004, Allen Johnson has served as the Executive Director of the City of Orlando s Venues Department which includes the Amway Center, Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre ( ), Orlando Citrus Bowl, Tinker Field, Harry P. Leu Gardens and Mennello Museum of American Art. Johnson holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and has successfully completed requirements for his Certified Facility Executive (CFE) and Certified Public Manager (CPM) designations. He is passionate about facilities management and keeps up with latest trends by routinely attending professional educational programs including his recently completed Senior Executive Symposium (SES) at Cornell University. Currently, Allen is a member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) Board; he serves on the IAVM Foundation Board of Trustees and holds positions on its Stadiums Committee, Annual Conference/Venue Connect Planning Committee and Arenas Committee. In addition, Johnson serves on the Boards of the Central Florida Sports Commission, Florida Citrus Sports, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. and the Victim Service Center of Central Florida, Inc. Prior to his tenure with Orlando Venues, Johnson served as the Executive Director of the Lakeland Center for over 16 years. He has also worked as an Assistant Manager at the West Palm Beach Auditorium & Stadium, an Event Coordinator at the Orange County Convention Center and a Box Office Manager at the Tupperware Convention Center. Allen was nominated as a finalist for the Pollstar Facility Executive of the Year Award in 2005, 2010 and He is a past president of the Florida Facility Managers Association and a current member of their Board of Directors. He has also been honored by the Jaycees with their highest award - induction as a Junior Chamber of Commerce JCI Senator. 5 Phil Rawlins President Orlando City Soccer Club 618 East South Street, Suite 510 Orlando, FL Phone: Rawlins possesses more than 20 years of expertise in the high technology industry and over 12 years of expertise in professional sports management. A native of the UK, he began his career in Europe with Hewlett-Packard (HP), working first in sales, before joining the UK sales development team. Leveraging a keen entrepreneurial spirit and deep insight into sales & marketing processes, Rawlins left HP in 1989 to found The Sales Consultancy (TSC). TSC specialized in sales and marketing training and consulting. TSC quickly grew to have operations throughout Central Europe. Under Rawlins leadership the company grew at an annual rate of over 50%. In 1994 Rawlins expanded the company s geographical reach by relocating its headquarters to the USA. At TSC, Rawlins oversaw sales but also authored a number of new sales and marketing processes designed specifically for their technology industry clients. These processes are still utilized today by many of the world s leading hightechnology companies. Five years after setting up the US operations Rawlins oversaw the merger of TSC with Target Marketing Systems, of Atlanta, Georgia. At the resulting company, OnTarget, Rawlins was co-ceo and had functional responsibility for all product development, including software tools. In 1999 OnTarget was acquired by Siebel Systems Inc. Rawlins left Siebel in 2001 to concentrate on his other business interests, in particular, his passion for soccer and his Directorship position at Stoke City F.C. Repchak is responsible for FCSports integrated marketing & communications efforts, including digital media projects, advertising strategy and creative production. Repchak joined FCSports in 2005 after graduating from Northwestern University s Medill School of Journalism. Beginning his career as a Communications Assistant, he advanced through the organization with various roles in the Communications and Marketing departments before settling in to his current role at their intersection. While at Northwestern, Repchak was a walk-on with the university s wrestling team, with a career record of 0-2. His greatest contributions to the team came as a coaches assistant, where he designed promotional posters and cut together highlight reels as a precursor to his eventual career path.
