Using the complete DIN 4000 article characteristics bar structure you can define your individual components and complete tools according to the standard. This ensures a smooth exchange of information with third party systems such as CAD/CAM and NC simulation systems. This standardized and standard-compliant data base enables automatic tool data import. The location management in the warehouse includes a 3D design kit which allows you to display your stock three-dimensionally, easily and quickly and lets you assign your articles to a virtual bin location. Of course, third party systems can also be addressed. Each recorded item can be stock-managed to give you a fast overview of bin location, flow and current stocks. Feedback on flow and stock levels is at the push of a button. The»toolOrganizer«includes a control system for the safe extraction of the desired component. Storing or removing components can be managed by bar code reader or manually. You can link the»toolorganizer«directly to the store location management module. This contains a virtual 3D kit which displays the entire warehouse fast and easily in 3D and where items can be assigned to a virtual location. The warehouse location of the desired component is displayed operator-friendly with LEDs. The order list of the TMS Tool Management Solutions warehouse module and the tool assembly keep you up-to-date on the tool requirements, which is displayed for each machine. After retrieval and assembly the tool information is passed directly to the presetting and measuring machine, the tools are measured and the actual data passed to the machine control system. This gives you real-time information on which tools are required in addition to the tools already in the machine from the setting sheet.
