It is the only self-servicing online rebooking solution currently available for online travel agents. ATC Shopper offers a self-servicing product for travelers to change their booking online easily and conveniently 24/7, providing a solution always guaranteed by Amadeus. Online travel agents can transfer the work associated with travel changes out to the customer. In such case, this self-servicing solution empowers the customer and consequently reduces the workload for travel agency call centers. Any online travel agent can use ATC Shopper, as long as the airline in the booking to be changed has filed the relevant fare rule data for voluntary changes (Category 31).

The Eligibility check automatically verifies if a ticket is changeable, then the recommendations for the new itinerary are displayed from both the Master Pricer Calendar and/or Master Pricer Travelboard search and finally the ticket is reissued through the existing ATC Reissue process.
3 Online flow of ticket changes Eligibility check The traveler provides PNR record locator or e-ticket number and the eligibility check is performed.
4 Master Pricer Calendar option Panel of recommendations for a given flexibility of dates up to +/- 3 days (optional step) Master Pricer Travelboard option Panel providing up to 200 travel recommendations for a selected date
5 ATC Reissue The ticket is reissued and PNR updated by re-pricing the selected recommendation.
