She now specializes in industry education and blogs at the FTC s Business Center, business.ftc.gov. Lesley is a Vice-Chair of the Consumer Protection Committee of the American Bar Association s Section of Antitrust Law. In addition to writing a monthly column in Electronic Retailer magazine, she is the author of The FTC & Social Media in SOCIAL MEDIA AND FDA: THE ESSENTIAL GUIDE (2010), and FTC Regulation of Advertising in FOOD AND DRUG LAW AND REGULATION (2009).
