The Company has been undertaking projects since In 2007 it was chosen as the Israel exclusive representative of GREE, the air conditioning giant. GREE markets its products in over 200 states worldwide and is recognized as the number one air conditioning manufacturer in the world. Alongside marketing and sales of GREE systems, enercor also owns Smart-Energy, the upper arm of energy, technology and efficiency. This upper arm includes the most advanced energy preservation system in Israel (icor-live), the joint preservation platform and recruitment of State awarded grants. The air conditioning giant - GREE - was established in 1991 and is the largest air conditioning manufacturer in the world. GREE maintains work relations with some of the leading international enterprises in the air conditioning field, such as Daikin, Panasonic, Whirlpool, Tadiran, Electra and numerous others. GREE products have gained a renowned reputation around the world and among the professional Israeli market. The Company s main plant employs over 45,000 employees, 1,500 of them are R&D personnel, using over 270 state-of-the-art labs, all in order to ensure the quality, reliability and excellent capabilities of the GREE air conditioning systems. icor-live System The advanced energy preservation system in Israel. The system includes a control unit attached to the air conditioning and water heating systems and incorporates an exclusive algorithm that analyzes their energy output. The control unit monitors malfunctions and alerts in real time and relays them via a bi-directional wireless communication path, called Live & Dual Control. The data is presented on controlled monitors for analysis and optimization of the energy output. Energy Efficiency Projects (BOT) Through its subsidiary, Smart-Energy, and the icor LIVE energy preservation system, the Company conducts the most effective business undertaking for a joint energy preservation transaction that is available in Israel today. To this day, we have managed to save our customers a total of over 10 million NIS. No other company in Israel managed to attain an amount this high. State Awarded Grants The Company is recognized as an Energy Service Provider in Israel and is the leading company in the country in recruiting State awarded grants with proven success for the past 10 years. To this day, the Company recruited dozens of millions of Shekels for its customers from the annual incentives budget for energy efficiency from the Ministries of Energy (Infrastructures, Energy and Water Resources), of Environmental Protection and of the Industry, Trade and Labor. 3
