4 Company Trusted Shops seal of approval Trusted Shops is the established Internet seal of approval for online shops, with a money back guarantee for online customers of certified user shops. This means that extensive security tests are undergone before the shop is certified. This test with over 100 individual criteria orients itself to the requirements of consumer protection and national and European law. ABAS Software AG worked in cooperation with Trusted Shops when developing abas eb webshop. A large part of the certification requirements have already been fulfilled. This means users of an abas eb shop can easily be certified by Trusted Shops at a discounted price and use all its advantages. Webshop Only a few months after implementation, the new online shop generates 34 percent of customer orders worldwide. Electronically generated sales orders in the online shop and per EDI add up to almost 60 percent of the total sales volume. The shop is available 365 days, 24/7, and there are no time difference issues. Online sales orders can be processed quickly, sometimes, the packing slip is printed in the warehouse already 10 minutes after an online sales order has been received. Parcels, as a rule, leave the warehouse the same day if we receive the online sales order by 3pm. All products for which spare parts can be purchased are maintained as service products. This ensures that BOMs are up-to-date and spare parts can also be ordered for older devices. No additional maintenance effort for a special spare parts catalog must be made. Using abas eb, companies can make information accessible worldwide for branches, subsidiaries companies, employees, customers and vendors. We use this option to communicate and handle business processes with our subsidiaries and partners. Using ebusiness, semi- finished products, tools or machines can be ordered from the Economos headquarters. Your employees can call up data worldwide using their mobile device. Evaluations are provided on the PDA display in an appropriate resolution. Service processing abas eb service processing supports service engineers when preparing an assignment on customer site. Service employees on-site can look up the history of a product, identify and order spare or wear and tear parts. After the repair, the service can be entered and the invoice can be created. Warranty and repair orders, as well as service assignments of the service engineer can be carried out efficiently and clearly. A vendor can, for example, call up his current order quantities online and schedule them into his processes. 10 Efficient tools and technologies abas eb workbench provides a multitude of specialized and efficient tools using which standard web applications can be easily and quickly customized and expanded. Thanks to our flexible system there is no limit to our creativity. We participated in a training course and have been adjusting the software independently ever since then. In the time it takes to tell an external source what I want, the adjustment already has been made. A very good example for this is a coupon, which we created for a marketing campaign in our webshop. After only 5 hours it had been created in abas eb as well as abas ERP. Simple, ready-made shop systems are unable to deal with this sort of thing.
