Topic: From Groans to Grins Session 7 11:30am 1:30pm Activity: Policy Analysis/Discussion/Designing Templates outline the concerns and challenges of implementing CCE in their schools and develop an understanding of School Based Assessment-formative/summative assessment, assessing scholastic and co scholastic areas and utilization of assessment findings-for its operative implementation. Topic: Empowerment by Design Session 8 Activity: Situation Analysis/Reflective Exercises 2:30pm 4:30pm assess and evaluate teacher selection, recruitment, development and retentionprocesses and procedures devise suitable systems/plans for teacher performance, appraisal, evaluation and incentives for both personal and professional growth and design, create and implement well-planned, context-appropriate professional development programs, based on reflective practice and action research, consistent with school vision and goals.
