3 Confederations Development Programme Why? The Confederations Development Programme rises to ensure a consistent level of service quality provided by our Confederations. This is achieved through constructing a data collection system that will measure their development and will allow the implementation of quality measures and practices. What? Using an evaluation grid, the project visits 11 European National Confederations, in order to collect information and create a platform that will provide an environment for knowledge transfer between our members. The principles learning from each other, exchanging and sharing and together we grow are the main guidelines for the implementation of the project. In the end... The results will be presented for members and partners at one of the largest JADE Congresses - JADE Spring Meeting 2014, hosted in Brussels and attended by 200 Junior Entrepreneurs. 7 Working in CDP For the implemmentation of the project we need to select Junior Entrepreneurs from the network in order to create a specialised audit team that will be involved directly, as was mentioned before, with the Training, International Audit Trip and also with the Outcomes. Main functions of involvement: Understand deeply the CDP s audit environment Attend the Training Understand and implement the CDP s Evaluation Grid Visit the National Confederations Draw a performance report as the last result 7

8 Requirements Availability to attend the Training in December (one presencial day or two virtual) Availability to participate in International Audit Trip in January Good standard of English Be a Junior Entrepreneur from JADE Network Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Have an access to a mobile personal computer Know what is a Confederation and how it works 8

9 Skills During the selection process some skills will be considered and evaluated: Communication Critical analisys Integrity Logic Teamwork-Negotiation Nevertheless, in alignment with our concepts of learning from each other, exchanging and sharing and together we grow, an environment for the development of all these skills will be provided during the next steps of the project. 9

11 Selection Process Application First step to apply: Send your CV, in English, for until 24th November and a letter of motivation. Until 24th November Don not forget to put at least one contact from a person that you have worked with, in the Junior Enterprise Movement. 11

12 Selection Process Shortlisting Second step: Until 29th November Our team will contact you after the shortlisting to inform the results and, in posivite case, to set up the interview date and hour with you. 12

13 Selection Process Last step: Interviews CDP team will interview the candidates and select a maximum number of 6 people to compose the confederations visiting team. The interview will be held on Skype. 30th November 7th December 13

14 Selection Process FINAL SELECTION The approved candidates will be announced by 9th of December. Decision will take into account the performance in the two selection stages, evaluated by the CDP Team.
