In addition to offering nationally recognised professional legal qualifications, CILEx endorses in house training developed by employers within the legal services sector. This enables organisations to use the CILEx logo on their certificates, website and documentation. WHAT DOES CILEx ENDORSEMENT OFFER? CILEx endorsement offers recognition of an employer s commitment to high quality professional training and development and confirmation that the programme meets the quality standards of a recognised and respected legal professional body.
3 THE BENEFITS CILEx endorsement of company training and development can help organisations to: attract the best employees ensure the retention of skilled and motivated staff demonstrate to customers - through display of the CILEx logo - that staff training is taken seriously stand out from competitors benchmark training and development against other organisations map their programmes to CILEx professional qualifications. WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? CILEx offers a flexible service, tailored to take into account your organisational needs. This could include: endorsing in-house training programmes endorsing the training your organisation provides to external clients helping you to develop your own training programmes helping you to align your own training programmes with nationally recognised qualifications advising on progression routes and helping to tailor existing programmes to maximise progression opportunities. If you are interested in any other option not mentioned above CILEx would be happy to talk to you. HOW DO I GET STARTED? Contact CILEx for an informal discussion about the model of endorsement that will best suit your needs. Following your application full support will be provided by CILEx to ensure that the most effective programme is developed. We were thrilled to obtain external accreditation for our Associate Property Lawyer Programme via CILEx. The process to gain the accreditation was quick and efficient and CILEx were very supportive. We are proud to be able to display the logo of CILEx on the Associate Property Lawyer Programme Certificates as well as on promotional material for the Academy and our website. 4 HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE? This will vary according to the circumstances of the client organisation. However, in most cases the process is likely to take between 4 and 8 weeks. WHAT COSTS ARE INVOLVED? The following fees are payable: initial application fee payable once the initial application process is complete licensing fee per learner payable once the programme becomes operational annual review fee payable at the end of each year the programme is operational. Other fees may apply depending on the model of endorsement that you choose. For example CILEx can produce certificates for your learners at an additional cost per person. These fees will be discussed with you during the initial application stage. A current fees list is available from the CILEx website or call for details.
