The Vertical Banner t the right f the newsletter cntent as well as the Editrial Area at the bttm f the cntent will be allcated t the advertiser. Each campaign cnsists f 30 days, and a minimum amunt f impressins. Due t the fact that the Cmmunity Management nly sends ut s, we d nt cntrl the distributin per time perid. We therefre guarantee a minimum amunt f impressins in each 30 day campaign. If the guaranteed amunt f impressins have nt been reached after 30 days, then the campaign is extended, until the minimum amunt f impressins are reached. If hwever, the minimum amunt f impressins is reached befre the end f 30 days, then the campaign is cntinued until the end f the 30 days, typically resulting in mre than the minimum guaranteed amunt f impressins. In summary therefre, each campaign will run fr 30 days, r until the minimum amunt f impressins are reached, whatever cmes last. 7 Discunts can be ffered if an agreement is reached fr mre than ne estate / cmmunity and fr repeat campaigns. PROPOSAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Publicatin & Circulatin Details: 1. This prpsal is per 1x advertising campaigns n GLOVent Slutins GLO-Prtal cmmunities. Discunts can be ffered if agreement is reached fr mre than ne campaign. 2. A minimum amunt f impressins fr the campaigns are guaranteed. If the impressins are nt reached at the end f the last campaign, the duratin f the last campaign will be extended until the minimum amunt f impressins are reached. 3. Glvent reserves the right t withhld the placement f an advertisement and t cancel a live advertisement at any time. Ad placement and distributin are subjected t the acceptance and apprval f respective Cmmunity Management Cmmittees. Shuld Glvent be prevented frm starting r cntinuing with an ad campaign fr whatever reasn, Glvent will refund the Client fr ads that have been paid fr, but nt published. 4. Glvent accepts n liability fr lsses arising frm missins, failure t publish, publicatin f 'wrng' material, typgraphical errrs r any mistake r errr f whatever kind. 8 stipulated material deadline, Glvent cannt be held respnsible fr clr matching r any cntent errrs that may ccur. All advertisements is subjected t the apprval by Glvent and the relevant Cmmunity Management Cmmittees. The advertiser is held liable fr all damages and csts that flw frm any actin that may be instituted against Glvent by reasn f the publicatin f his r her advertisement. 5. Glvent cannt guarantee r cntrl the actual ad placement date r the ad live term. Estimates are given based n the average amunt f e-newsletters sent per estate per mnth, but the actual e-newsletters / s sent is dependent n the estates needs and usage at the time. Artwrk: 6. GLOVent can assist with the design f artwrk. The design f and advertisement banner r editrial is R per advertisement. A maximum f three changes will be allwed n riginal advertisements. After the three base changes, a further design fee f R300 per hur will be charged. The ttal final design fee, if chsen, will be inviced with advertising. Alternatively, artwrk can als be supplied t GLOVent. 7. Advertisements r artwrk supplied t GLOVent shuld cmply with the fllwing design requirements: a. Technical Specificatins: DPI: 300dpi; Clr: RGB; Fnts: Always include fnts r save as curves. b. Lgs: Always supply riginal lg. Lgs in.jpeg frmat are nt the ideal and will need t be redrawn r deep etched. c. Phtgraphs: Please supply gd quality phtgraphs as far as pssible - if nt available, please supply high-quality brchures. As a last ptin, phtgraphs can be supplied via . Please d nt paste phtgraphs in Micrsft Wrd. d. Preferred frmats fr phtgraphs & made-up adverts:.pdf,.jpg (300dpi).
