1 Engage Lead Serve Board "Top 4" Directors Application The Engage Lead Serve Board strives to enhance the education of students by providing structured experiential and developmental opportunities that encourage community engagement, model good leadership, and allow active service. The Board promotes collaboration between Recognized Student Organizations, Committees, and other focus areas that encourage philanthropy, service, leadership development, and civic engagement. The Engage Lead Serve Board is a student-led organization in the University of Louisville s Office of Student Involvement. ELSB is led by a "Top 4" that includes the Executive Director, Operations Director, Promotions Director, and Programming Director.
