The RESX administrative functionality enables market leading customization of policy across any delineation of travelers. Easily integrated with Single Sign On (SSO) to client intranets and with the ability to customize all logos, graphics, colors, text and policy, RESX delivers the ability for administrators to generate a completely customized user experience. Policy is housed at the user level, allowing multiple policies or "user groups" on one site. RESX supports an unlimited number of travel policies with variations based on location, department, executive level, or individual traveler. Provides for detailed policy customizations for company-specific content and the ability to personalize specific profiles based on situation, i.e. class of service upgrade when traveling internationally or because of disability. Transaction fees range from $ $4.50 dependent upon committed volumes. RESX applies a monthly minimum commitment on transaction volume which is also dependent upon volumes starting at $500. RESX Technologies also offers an annual flat fee model based on projected transaction and adoption numbers. This model offers corporations the ability to lower their per transaction cost through increased adoption. Web searches are 10 per launch searched, regardless of the number of carriers searched. Separate fees apply for Web Services integrations with fees ranging from $250 - $3000 per annum. System administrators, which may be RESX Technologies, agency or client personnel, configure RESX to bias the display for any combination of agency or company preferred suppliers, policies, rules, weighting, and traveler preferences. Utilizes Microsoft.Net and leverages Oracle for the database management system. Hosting facility has multiple redundant internet connections through SBC, Time Warner, XO Communications, MCI, Looking Glass, and Broadwing to AT&T.
