1 OVERVIEW We are engaged in the business of provision of vehicle glass repairs and replacement service in Hong Kong. Our business objective is to increase our market share in the Hong Kong market. While the vehicle glass repairs and replacement service industry is a competitive market and the entry barriers for the industry are generally low, our Directors believe that there is increasing demand for vehicle glass repairs and replacement services due to the increasing number of passenger vehicles in use in Hong Kong, the supportive government policies on the use of environmental-friendly vehicles and the potential growth opportunities from the insurance sector (1)(a) 14.19(1)(b) 14.19(2) 14.19(3) We plan to achieve our business objective through pursuing a number of strategies as set forth in section headed Business Our strategies in this document. Implementation plans The implementation plans set forth below are based on certain bases and assumptions set forth in paragraphs under Bases and assumptions below. These bases and assumptions are inherently subject to many uncertainties and unpredictable factors, in particular the risk factors as set forth in the section headed Risk Factors in this document. We cannot assure you that our business objectives can be achieved or our business plans will be implemented according to the estimated time frame or at all.
