5 About our company Why we exist Enterprising Africa Regional Network (Pty) Limited ( EARN ) is a one-stop-shop for all back office and other business services for SMMEs in various industry sectors. It was formed with the overriding goal of developing, supporting and promoting entrepreneurship in Africa - in a more innovative and sustainable way. For every business, the core business function may constitute as little as 20%, while the other 80% constitute the back office and other business services. Many small and medium businesses fail due to the fact that many business owners focus mainly on the core function of the business, while neglecting or paying little attention to the back office.
