4 EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION & DISRUPTION This pays fr lss yu suffer as the result f disruptin t the event r affecting yur ability t exhibit at the event as planned due t any cause beynd the cntrl f yu, yur rganiser r the spnsrs r financial backers. Sme f ur cmpetitrs restrict this t the event nly, s dn t cver yu (fr example) if yu have a fire at yur wn premises. Disruptin is defined as the necessary and unavidable cancellatin, abandnment, pstpnement, relcatin r ther substantial deviatin frm the pre planned frm f the event, and therefre yur participatin in it. Yu shuld chse the package which includes sufficient lss f r damage t prperty cver fr the full replacement cst f all yur prperty at the exhibitin, including exibits Includes cver fr lss f hire changes n hired in equipment up t 25% f the sum insured unique t Event Assured Damage by Terrrism is autmatically included. 7 EXHIBITOR LEGAL LIABILITY COVER Event Assured Exhibitr Express includes liability insurance fr yur event t prtect against claims by emplyees r third parties fr persnal injury r damage t prperty arising at any time during the hlding f the event r the preparatins fr the event, including build up and break dwn. Our shrt perid insurances benefit frm the same breadth f cver as ur annual liability insurance cntract Event Assured Liability, but adapted t apply t a shrt perid insurance fr exhibitrs.
