(1) Year round IT support plan Price: Make onetime payment of $199 for one year of service. Plan starts on the day of purchase and is valid for next 12 months. Plan includes support for up to two computers. You can add more computers to the plan for just $89.99/computer/year. Computer tune-up Plan includes one free computer tune-up for each computer per year. Please see Computer Tune-Up package for a listing of services included in the package (total of $ value). Support for Windows reinstallation Plan includes one free Windows reinstallation per computer in case of a large system failure. You are responsible for backing up all your data as the Windows reinstallation will wipe your hard drive(s). Please provide licensed copy of Windows software. Support for Windows upgrade Plan includes two free Windows upgrade for each computer per year. Please see Windows Upgrade package for a listing of services included in the package (More than $350 of value). Software and Hardware Troubleshooting, Any day - Any time Software troubleshooting such as software repair and reinstallation and hardware troubleshooting will be provided either in person or via call. Limit up to two fifteen (15) minute visits/calls per month. Additional visits, calls (or call time exceeding the allotted time) will be charged at $39.99/hour during regular office hours.

Network setup: Get your Desktop/Laptop to work on FFVC network using wired connection. Get your own wireless router set-up and configured to work in your office for up to two computers (additional computers for $29.99/computer). You need to provide a wireless router. Printer setup: Personal/network printer setup (see Printer Setup package for details) Domain name and accounts We can work with domain provider such as GoDaddy.com to reserve the website/domain name for your company and help setup your Client setup Your favorite client (outlook/thunderbird) will be setup with your accounts. See Setup package for details. on your Smartphone Setup your accounts on your blackberry, iphone or Android phones. See on your smartphone package for more details. Windows to Windows remote connection Setup/configure to be able to connect remotely from one computer to the other. Available for windows computers only.

Just like regular oil change for your car; this computer tune package will help you run your PC smoothly. Optimize computer startup and shutdown Install Windows updates Improve menu navigation, cleanup quick launch and taskbar Create/Remove program shortcuts as necessary Enable security functions including Anti-Phishing and pop-up blocking activation in Internet Explorer Removal of unwanted programs and trial-wares Creation of desired user accounts Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality Diagnose performance problems and recommend the best options Remove dust from inside the computer including fans and components (4) Windows upgrade (Windows XP or to Windows 7) Price: $ Upgrade your existing Windows to Windows 7 to take full advantage of new features of latest windows operating system. We can make recommendations for which version of Windows 7 will be the best, based on your needs and hardware configuration. (5) Windows upgrade (Windows Vista to Windows 7) Price: $ Upgrade your existing Windows to Windows 7 to take full advantage of new features of latest windows operating system. Need not worry; we can help with installation of the component and necessary software to get it working. Installation of an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, RAM, optical CD/DVD drive Installation and configuration of any included software that is necessary for functionality of that drives (7) Client Setup (Outlook or Thunderbird setup) Price: $49.99 Connection of up to two existing and active accounts to client on your computer. At present we are supporting either Outlook or Thunderbird as clients. Repair, configuration and update the client as necessary (8) on your Smart phones (Blackberry, iphone, Android) Price: $69.99 Creating up to two accounts for you and your colleague by working with your cell phone service provider Configuring account to your phone so you can send/receive s from your smart phone Configuring sent box and other folders so they sync with your client software such as Outlook (provided that your provider supports smart phone sync) (9) Troubleshooting Price: $59.99 Check the connectivity with protocols for an existing account Troubleshooting of protocols Repair and necessary configuration changes to an existing account Update the client

No, the Software licenses are not included in any of the aforementioned packages or service costs. Clients will need to acquire their own software licenses. We can make recommendations and provide assistance with purchase of a license on case by case basis. 2. How can one sign-up for these IT packages? Signing up is easy. There are two options: (1) Online: pay using our secured PayPal option where you can use your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account.
