Additionally, you will spend your third term abroad at one of our partner universities. This course includes developing and presenting a consulting proposal and implementing the consulting project. Learn how to specify business research questions, propose appropriate methods of research, analyse the results, and present conclusions. MBA students help to streamline Danone's distribution When Danone set up its second German distribution centre, the opportunity arose to optimize the entire network. Our MBA students gathered data on the entire flow of goods in the distribution of Danone's water products, Evian und Volvic, and fed this data into a simulation tool they had created themselves. They optimized the flow of goods from a cost perspective and according to CO2 emissions. The results confirm Danone's efforts to move from road to a more environmental friendly rail solution. The added value generated by the highly motivated MBA students with excellent know-how on modern methods, systems and tools led to an extremely successful project result. We use the elaborated Flow Simulation Tool in daily business a great opportunity to effectively combine theory with practice.
